Great company the best range of frozen raw but delivery company let them down
Great company the best range of frozen raw I have found- however- shame about delivery company chosen, they consistantly do not deliver correctly, It says on the label "leave somewhere safe" It is left outside front door to which there is a public path, they do not ring the bell or knock to let me know it is there. Hot day so some had partly defrosted!!!

Our Labrador has a new lease of life
Our Labrador had been to and from the vets for months, different tests and meds, he had super poor skin and his fur was all patchy due to excessive licking and chewing. He was having trouble climbing out steps in garden and had no energy, he looked so sad. After 2 months of using raw food his coat was growing back, looking healthy and he was more lively and a lot happier in himself, he was like a new dog. We haven't looked back since and more meds/vets trips.

Excellent Service - Selection & Delivery!
Have used these guys a few times now and have found them to be fantastic! Their offer of brands on their website is excellent and vast - they offer named/next day delivery (my last order arrived to central London within 18hrs of ordering) and their customer service is brilliant - Amanda has come back to me on two separate queries within an house of sending my email! Brilliant - HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

Defrosted raw meat on delivery, appalling!!
I urgently needed raw food for my dog, as our usual supplier couldn't deliver for another week. I placed an order and was relieved to hear it would arrive within two days. However, the order arrived two days later, on a Friday afternoon where it had been in a DPD van all day, and the temperature was quite warm (even hotter in a van)
The box contained 40 packets of raw food, but I was shocked to find that it wasn't insulated - 15 chub rolls were defrosted, squishy and not cold.
I called customer service, and they assured me the meat was still safe to use. They told me I could send them photos by email for reassurance, which I sent (including videos), but I never received a response.
There was no way I was going to use raw meat that had been defrosted at room temperature, so I had to throw away all 15 chub rolls. As you may know, once raw meat is defrosted at room temperature, it should not be consumed.
I won’t be ordering from them again. This might be acceptable in winter, but it’s not suitable for warmer months. I’d recommend looking into companies like Different Dog, which provide cooling packs for safe delivery.

Our Retail Store Manager has called and left several messages in an earnest attempt to work with you on your complaint. To date, we have not heard back from you.
We have checked your order, and it shows that you ordered 40 chubs of product at 10:24PM on Wednesday, 5th March for selected delivery on Friday, 7th March; therefore, our Company met your preferred and selected delivery date and delivered on time.
Your order left our premises at 3:34PM on Thursday 6th March and was received by yourself at 12:47PM on Friday, 7th March; therefore, we do not understand how 15 chubs were completely defrosted to room temperature (18C) whilst the remaining 25 chubs were still completely frozen, as they all arrived in the same thermal protection.
Further, we have checked our recorded telephone conversations on the dates in question and no dialogue by our staff has recommended to any callers to feed products that have arrived defrosted at room temperature and are not cold to the touch.
We continue to invite you to call to discuss this matter.

The guys at Raw Dog Food Company are outstanding! My Labrador had suffered with digestive problems since we got her aged 2.5 years and we’d tried many dog kibbles within 6 months but were constantly at the vets. A friend suggested raw, and we’ve never looked back - it’s transformed her health. All the staff are amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and as I was a complete novice when we switched, I asked lots of questions, many of which I thought may be stupid questions but they answered them all and never made me feel I was being dim. I can ask anything and they have the answer and nothing is too much trouble. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you all of you
