This pre is unlike any other i have had in terms of crazy stim and focus as well as hitting a bunch of prs from this.

Customer service is spot on, keeps the customer updated with tracking and what’s going on with the product. The actual product itself works wonders and does what it’s supposed to do also gives freebies for delays or any inconvenience so cant go wrong absolute top notch company .

Ordered both flavours of pre and can honestly say there the best tasting pre i’ve ever tried. I love the feeling that double scooping gives you making you all itchy. The grape flavour needs to be studied on how it doesn’t taste like it’s came out of a sewer

Ordered the wrap bundle on the 11th September and like many in here, I have received nothing!

Customer services never respond! Had multiple emails saying it is on its way...... nothing has ever arrived!

Really disappointed in Baker as I rate what he does and like him but this is a bad experience

Extremely disappointed with Baker and the company itself. Ordered some preworkout and after a month of not receiving, I emailed three separate email addresses for an update just to be completely ignored, (mind you they advertise next day delivery). Would recommend buying from the gym reaper company if you fancy throwing money down the drain 👍.

Ordered a tshirt, waiting 1 year now I wrote the support and I get no answer from them. At this point it feels like I got scammed. Poor and bad support

Ordered 4 months ago. No update whatsoever and they dont reply to anything when reaching out. AVOID

Still waiting on pre workout and wrist wraps ordered on the 19th off september and still not been delivered absolute shambles and still no answer on when i will get my delivery.

Parcel was 2 weeks late missing T-shirt from order.

I had to pay postage costs when collecting as they hadn’t paid enough.

Can’t get through to anyone on multiple platforms and email addresses.

Ordered a wrist+elbow wraps bundle supposedly with 48hr shipping, three weeks later still nothing turned up and no updates on RM tracking page, been trying to find out whats going on but only form of customer service comes from messaging their social media pages which you're lucky to get more than 3 replies from per day, now waiting for my refund which I've been told will take 7-10 days. Absolute joke.

Terrible customer service
Don’t expect to get your order and you will get ignored by their customer service after your order hasn’t arrived. Just don’t bother get other straps/wraps from Amazon.

Genuinely some of the worst customer service and delivery times of any company I've ever ordered from. Super disappointed in Baker as I really liked the guy and thought the UK was finally getting a good preworkout. Took weeks for my order to even be dispatched and when it did arrive my wraps were nowhere to be seen, just got a piece of paper telling me they were out of stock at the time of order and to reorder them, unbelievable. And to top it all off the pre isn't even good, save your money.

TLDR insane delivery times and terrible customer service for subpar product. Don't order from here

Placed an order for two preworkouts just to receive elbow wraps. Order came and no wraps inside. Instead i have a piece of paper saying wraps were not availible but if you place another order you get discount and get wraps for free...
They were supposed to be free with first order!
I messaged shop they said email the seller i emailed the seller and no response. I emailed returns email asking how to go about returning it and no response...its been over a week.. i chased and still noting. Pure scam avoid like fire

Super disappointed in this store. I ordered full set of wraps, lifting straps and tees back in june, I received lifting straps about 2 weeks later...and only that as of today.

I initially didn't think much of it because I received 2 tracking codes, so I assumed the straps have been dispatched from elsewhere, however weeks have passed without any update on the website, I've tried reaching out to them via e-mail to no avail, I've tried to get in touch with them via DMs only to find out through random comment on ig that there have been delays due to lost shipment??? Like it's crazy I'm finding out about it not from customer support itself, but by chance through random comment. If I didn't check instagram page and read the comments, I would have not known about anything.

There's been back and (very slow) forth between me and customer support via DMs trying to get my order sorted, sometimes taking them weeks to respond. Apparently they had a lot of logistic issues, so I tried to be understanding and patient. About a month ago they posted bunch of reels how they were finally handling unresolved orders, and I've been told mine has been shipped and they're just waiting for the tracking link to generate...That was almost 4 weeks ago. Since then I've attempted contacting them through DMs, hearing nothing back, same with e-mail. It's ridiculous how bad communication with this store is, and very, very disappointed in Baker.

I thought that maybe my order was one of the outliers since I've been told they had issues shipping to some countries, however reading some of the comments on instagram, many people, even UK based are having the same issue. Save yourself a headache and do not buy anything from there.

Emailed three separate email addresses for an update and been completely ignored. Tried to message Baker on insta and also ignored.

Don’t bother ordering from here unless you want to just give your money away.

Insanely disappointed in Baker (gymreaper) for scamming people with this company.. I ordered on the 4th of August and after 2 weeks of no emails or update on my order I emailed them and no response.. after 3 weeks I emailed them again and that I would like a refund because no customer support to be found and it’s insane that it’s been a month now and I haven’t heard anything. Don’t buy from this place. It’s a huge scam and we need to stop people like this from robbing people with no punishment.
