Compared to some other similar banks, much better. Money showed straight away and access to online account easy.

Used this bank for about 3 years now. Good interest rate. Easy to open account and maintain. On the occasions I have had to ring the bank with a query they answer quickly and their reps are always helpful and deal with anything professionally
