Redwood estate made my moving home so easy, the staffs are very help, communication and update towards my renting was on point.
I was impressed on how things moved so fast and easy. special thanks to Debbie Townsend who was so helpful with her advise.

Lynn was the agent for the people I am buying from and she has been outstanding. Our shortish chain has had a terrible experience in terms of the exchange process with the bottom of the chain. She was patient and focused on the outcome, gluing together all the agents and people from top to the bottom. A big thank you for a job really well done... lets hope for a smooth completion!

Lynn went way beyond to help with the logistics of my sale. It should have been a doddle, landlord selling to first time buyer but I had a truly shocking legal representative, the other side weren't much better, and my dipsy buyer didn't help. As a result it dragged on and on. Lynn showed the patience of a saint, as did her colleague Debbie when Lynn was on leave, and so eventually after 37 weeks it got done! Marketing was slick and the 2 viewings were conducted in a quietly professional way. Full marks.

Very pleased with the service from Lynn Randall who managed to sell a flat for a probate sale, with a tiered remuneration, so she was incentivized to get the best possible price for the estate I was managing. Property sold for £10K more than a previously agreed sale with another agent, without me attending her office and living three hours from it. Lynn did a good amount of hassling of all parties to get the sale to proceed in as timely a way as possible and dealt with unexplained noises (a dying smoke alarm battery) and meter readings for me.
