Redwood Estates made the renting process hassle free, which is unusual in London at the moment. Debbie was very quick at responding to all our doubts and queries throughout the process. We had a plumbing problem on the day we moved in, and the maintenance team had someone come to fix the issue within an hour. We are happy with our new flat.

Redwood have been my property manager since 2013 and their service has been excellent.

I have been renting a property with Redwood estates for more than a year now. Recently, I had an issue in an apartment during which I realised how much they cared for us. They called us every second hour(even on a Sunday!!!) to check in on us and understand if the issue was resolved or was being looked at. While it was not a local issue but a communal issue, they made sure they were talking to the right people in getting the issue resolved. Thanks!

The service I got from Redwood Estates was amazing. I never normally write online reviews but had to share my great experience. They have contractors for every eventuality. I rented my apartment with them for almost 5 years and it was a breeze. They did everything and kept me informed at every step of the way.

Have just moved into our second flat with Redwood and they've been great once again just as they were 3 years ago! Having had awful experiences with agencies in the past I highly recommend this one!

I hate when Agency take advantage of tenants when they have power.

I bought a gate fob for £60. When it stopped working apparently because it was too old, the only option was to pay another £60 for a new gate fob.

I paid £120 all together for gate fob. Daylight robbery.

This Business owner knows that customers rely on this Fob to access their property, therefore he takes advantage of their weakness by increasing the price extremely high.

Redwood Estate is definitely one of a kind. I love their professionalism in rendering services. Debbie was my first contact and I really appreciate her patience and effort in ensuring everything moves and goes well. The entire team including Danielle, the maintenance team were all really helpful and always ready to help. I couldn't have asked for more. One of the maintenance guy I can't remember his name came to fix my window, and saw me struggling with my mattress, he helped me to lift the mattress to the top floor and I was really grateful for that assistance because I have been struggling with the mattress since two days after moving in and I had to sleep on the floor of the sitting room for those two days. I already recommended Redwood to my colleagues who are also looking for an apartment.

I dont normally write reviews however out of all the managing agents i have been with redwoods is onw if the best for communication and excellent customer service an just getting the job done.From when I moved in to 5 months later any issue I have had whether it was the hob not working properly they came and replaced it the next day. The front door was rattling they fixed it the next day as well. The operatives are friendly gwt thw job done quickly. Any issue I have had they get back to me very quickly and send someone the same day or the next. Exceptional service

Debbie was really helpful during the process of securing a tenancy, as well as in the hand over by communicating with the landlord and following up on our questions. As a tenant it's hard to have trust in agencies but Debbie and others at Redwood were all very helpful and I would recommend them.
