Bought what claimed to be Apple AirPods. It was delivered a completely different product obviously not Apple. I’ve sent it back and they gave me the wrong address, so it was impossible to have sent it back. What they are doing is illegal and they scam people in the light. I hope you close down, disgusting

Apple AirPods 3rd Generation With…
Apple AirPods 3rd Generation With Wireless MagSafe Charging Case.
But they are not. These are counterfeit
I might have accepted this if they worked - but they don’t
They are not “refurbished “ they are cheap Chinese copies that the software has been hacked to look like Apple AirPods.
The serial numbers don’t tie up to Apple, software doesn’t work either.
Anyway - going to report this to my credit card company for my money back.

Sold a counterfeit item and I so wish I read the reviews. I was desperate after my old airpods 4 gen got stolen.
Signs they are counterfeit:
No raised airpod image on the box
Says “Made in China” not “Made in Vietnam”
Low quality sound, no surround sound, lack of bass
The case is clanky and cheap
No identifiable serial number
Pairing sound is different
Overall poor packaging
Be careful and do not buy from this website!

Total SCAM, they advertise refurbished genuine apple AirPods but you will get FAKE cheap Chinese ones. Be careful as they would also take the money twice from your account.

Don’t believe their warranty lies
I bought my son AirPods last December 2024. They’ve worked fine however one has stopped working. I emailed to ask if the warranty was still in place. Joanne emailed me straight back and said that there is a 1 year warranty that had unfortunately run out. I asked how could it have run out if it was a 12 month warranty starting in December 2024 but it was only August 2025. Absolutely nobody is responding to my emails now

Ordered the air pod pro with charger…
Ordered the air pod pro with charger and cable. Was obviously fake when they arrived, very cheap copies, box had no details at all, in sealed packaging (visually similar to the £6 market ones) so obviously not genuine.
I paid close to £70 for all.
I requested to return them so followed the instructions they gave me.
In sent all the kit back, registered, and they recieved them ( proof of email from them and picture from the postal service)
I was asked for my bank details so they could refund but 3 weeks later I still haven't had a refund or response .

I ordered a pair of headphones from this website, which advertised them as original. When they arrived, it was immediately clear they were fake — cheap packaging, poor quality, and nothing like the genuine product.
There was no return policy listed on the site, but I still contacted customer support and paid out of pocket to return the item. After that, they completely stopped replying. I never got a refund, and my messages are being ignored.
Do not trust this website. It feels like a scam operation — they lure you in with false advertising and disappear once they get your money.

I returned some AirPods and was told I was entitled to a refund. I returned them nearly 3 weeks ago and still no refund. I have emailed them numerous times and they are ignoring me. So out of pocket and no AirPods.

CHEAP CHINA PRODUCTS BEING SENT
Updated review : Advertised Apple products and sent me some cheap pair of Airpods from China that had bits falling off them! 100% NOT Apple products. They had a brand name on them and when I googled it they were approx £7 from China. Had a lot of back and forth regarding a refund but I did eventually receive one in the end albeit slightly less due to exchange rates. Did not receive my postage back though so still out of pocket even though they sent me a defective product.
Just avoid at all costs and like they say in their reply to my review, stick to the original products from reputable companies rather than paying £40 for fake airpods which cost them a couple of quid and then fall apart in your ear! :-)

I ordered refurbished apple airpod pro 2nd generation. They did arrive quickly but appear to be fakes. My wife also ordered a set of original airpod pro's for herself and they are definitely cheap clones! If I had wanted fake airpods I could have bought them for half the price!!!

I typed in to google refurbished AirPods and refurbishedmobilephone.com came up. Straight away the price attracted me as I didn’t want to spend a lot.
I placed my order, nice and simple. A few days later my AirPods arrived and they are brilliant! They’re everything I wanted. You would never be able to tell they aren’t brand new, not a scratch or mark anywhere.
The website was easy to navigate, quick delivery, excellent quality and the best part of all, fantastic value for money.
I would 100% recommend and will be using the site again for Christmas time for my teenage son.
