The headphones are great
The headphones I received are really good. They charge quickly and arrived in very protective packaging which was also good. I did pay for quicker shipping and it still took quite a while but that’s the only bad thing I can say. Everything else is amazing.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we have to deny this claim that these are not genuine airpods, these are seller-upgraded and refurbished.
Please note that these are replaced with aftermarket Grade A OEM Parts and we can't compare them with brand new as the quality may differ because of the refurbishment process.
If you are looking for flawless quality and performance, we request you to kindly buy brand new Apple Airpods from our website with Apple Warranty, these brand new items start from £240.00. These are refurbished products and that's the reason why they are cheaper than the brand-new ones.
You are still covered with the seller warranty as well as eligible for a full refund but for that, we have to get the item back so that we can raise an investigation with the suppliers. We source thousands of items from different suppliers around the UK so until we get this item back we are unable to recognize the supplier or from which batch it was sold.

I ordered some refurbished AirPods from this company and they worked for a day before one of them became faulty. To their credit they called for a follow up (which seemed a little strange tbh) to see if I was happy with the product and after returning them I got a full refund. Whilst not being happy with the product itself, the customer care was efficient and made a nice change.

My son bought some AirPods from your company. The item was delivered by Royal mail, it was left on the front door step according to the delivery email. The parcel was not there when we got home! We have sent several emails to you regarding this issue and have had no reply!! I’ve also tried to call the customer service number listed on your website, it does not work??
