They have 4 parcels of mine that i have purchased from vinted and they are late or have never turned up, then i have to wait 4 weeks to claim i haven't received my items! Absolutely ridiculous and I will never use them, ever!!!!!

Caught driver leaving parcel on door step even though I had a safe place stated on the delivery and sticker on door saying DO NOT LEAVE PARCELS HERE! 2nd time this has happened

Ordered three parcels from Vinted. Relay notified me they had lost one, was then randomly delivered 4 days later. Received second parcel, its not the item I ordered, the seller never sent that item so the wrong label has been put on the wrong parcel. My third parcel still not received, seller said it was sent two weeks ago, the tracking hasn't even updated since relay received the parcel.

Absolutley useless, delivered 1 package instead of 2 yet their tracking says both parcels delivered. Have cctv of the driver carrying only 1 parcel and their proof of postage photo only shows 1 parcel. Have tried to contact them 3 times and each time it says they will get back to me within 72hrs, well it’s now been 5 days and still no reply!! How on earth does a company this sh1t still carry on doing what they do? I mean 94% of over 2k reviews are 1 star!! They obviously havent a clue how to run a business and I for one wont be using such a crap courier service again, even if it was the only option given, i would rather not place the order as i forgot to mention this is the 2nd time this has happened and ive only ever used them twice! Probably the worst courier service in the UK and should close down!

Do not use relay, absolute joke... Without fail parcels from likes of vinted take weeks unlike Evri who have your parcels within days with excellent tracking ability the whole way via notifications that can be checked...... unlike relay where your not notified at all once posted.... Except messages telling you delayed... Every time this happens.
In future before I buy from vinted I will only use sellers that use Evri
Sick of this useless company, I mean, why does it take weeks to deliver a teeshirt or charger for phone?

Lost a vinted parcel in transit, no communication or apology - hopeless service, don't use

Poor tracking software provides little information than the parcel is sitting somewhere. Slow service: my package did not arrive within the estimated delivery dates
I am unlikely to make a future purchase if the seller uses relay.

Useless company. I could literally have walked the 65 miles to pick up the item quicker than wait 9 days!! Then be told to wait another 26 days before asking for a refund! Literally 6 weeks to deliver an item 65 miles away- joke of a company

Terrible delivery service, no updates at all. Website has no contact number (big red flag) I paid for express delivery they missed the final expected date for delivery and never gave any updates. If you need to email them it takes two days to hear back. I would avoid ordering for anywhere that has this company as the delivery service!

For the third time a parcel has been really delayed by this carrier. Its a terrible service and I cant understand why Vinted continues to offer their (lack of ) service.

Two of my.vinted parcel. Have gone to sorting place not deliverd now back on way to sender .not happy with relay 😡

Absolutely shocking company, the parcels take 2 weeks to arrive, no updates on movement and will not use again extremely poor service

I have 2 parcels missing , vinted , one bought and one sold , have to wait a month before you can get your money back , I have removed them from my delivery choice selection in my settings , as have numerous people I know , please do the same ! Vinted - please end your relationship with this company , I have been buying/ selling with your company for several years but this may make me change to another selling site !

Absolutely SHOCKING. Parcel bought from Vinted. Marked as delivered. Went to the shop - no parcel. Used the respond button on WhatsApp - automated email response received… As well as constant emails, texts and WhatsApp’s telling me to collect! Went back a second time. Cashier every box - no parcel. Couldn’t report it on his handheld device as it said invalid code.

Tried contacting Relay - no luck. Really bad customer service. No phone number. Email was ignored. WhatsApp feedback responded to via email with an automated message. Will not be using this service again. You’ve got more chance of a trip to the moon in a submarine powered by flying pigs than Relay safely delivering your package.

Absolutely awful... Missing parcels, parcels taking 3 weeks to arrive, tracking never up to date, this company needs shutting down....

This pathetic useless company currently have 20 of my items, bought and sold, and I have no idea where they are or what is going on with them.

I have tried sending emails to relay I have tried going on their website and sending messages via their own personal site just asking politely for an update and a bit of information and have received nothing, zero, response.

My emails came back undelivered as their customer service email address is not responding/there isn’t one and they have ignored anything I have sent through their own personal site.

Even the shop owners who normally receive the parcels to redistribute to customers say relay couriers are not showing up on delivery dates and their only form of contact themselves, with relay, is through a chat service. They have no contact telephone number for relay and are going to stop accepting parcels/cancel their contract with relay as they are getting too many angry customers blaming them for the poor courier service.

Lost my parcel and have not responded to email. How to not run a company.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience

Today was my first day with Relay Delivery, and unfortunately it was my last. I accepted a route showing around £45 for 45+ deliveries, but the payment later showed around £35 (about 67p per delivery). For the amount of work, fuel, and time involved, this is far too low.

There were also damaged/torn packages, an unprofessional collection process, and constant scanning—sometimes two or three times—which made everything more stressful and time-consuming.

I delivered only 4 parcels before cancelling the route. I expected much better, but the pay and overall experience were simply not worth it. I definitely won’t be doing this again.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD. RELY ARE NOT DELIVERING MY ORDER THEY IGNORE MY SAFE PLACE LOCATION AND ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE IN BUSINESS AS ITS NOT A BUSINESS ITS A JOKE. NOT ACCEPTABLE AND SERIOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE. THEY EVEN WENT AS FAR AS FALSIFYING TRACKING INFORMATION AND THEN NEXT DAY DELETING IT BUT SORRY RELY IM SMARTER AND HAVE THE SCREENSHOT EVIDENCE. ISSUE BEEN ONGOING SINCE 26TH OCTOBER 2026

They claimed to have delivered my parcel . They didn't everyone was at home.
They then said would be attempted again 2 days later never was and now its just stuck showing awaiting delivery.
Joke !!
Companies need to stop using them.
