Hi David!
Thank you for your review and we apologize that your custom grill arrived later than you wanted.
We were able to ship your grill by the 7 working day deadline stated on our website, but regardless, I understand how frustrating it can be waiting.
We thank you for your purchase and hope you still consider us for any future projects you have.

Hi James!
I'm very sorry to hear about that. Those speaker grills should not have arrived in that condition, or missing the hardware screws.
I've just finished speaking with our shipping dept about this and will be reaching you to you directly to remediate this issue.

AMAZING!
We have been using the company for about 8 months now. They are always on time with shipments. One time we did not realize how low we were on inventory. So we called and they helped us to meet our deadline by shipping the same day. So grateful for them!!!
Our customers have no bad things to say about the product.
