We were happy with the renewal quote and it was all very straight forward to renew the insurance. We haven't felt we have needed to look elsewhere since we moved to Rentguard.

FIDDLING THE FIGURES !!!
I have been a customer of Rentguard for many years.
After telephoning several times I requested a quotation without an administration charge. I got a quotation without an administration charge which I acceoped and paid over the phone. When the receipt came back an administration charge of £30 was recorded in the amount I paid of £110.44 , the building premium recorded was £80.44. VERY POOR Next year I will be seeking an alternative POOR PRACTICE.

Rentguard insurance do not have delegated claims authority in house and we only logged the First Notification of Loss and from that point onwards, the claim would be dealt with directly by the insurers and their appointed loss adjusters.

I was with Rentguard for 7 years
I was with Rentguard for 7 years! This year I had to take my business elsewhere due to the complete lack of communication and the interaction I encountered with the renewal team.
The tone of voice and the conversation had definitely didn’t make me want to keep business with them!
Unfortunate to have to leave after many years.

I had phoned in on Friday and was told I would receive a call back from someone to run through a new quote, I waited 6 hours to no call.
When I then phoned in again, I was told the lines were extremely busy and it would be someone from a Nottingham office I needed to speak with.
