Dylan Westley, who was the agent who dealt with my policies, was very professional, very polite and very efficient, unlike other agents I have had to deal with in the past. Sorted out my problems and came back with an acceptable solution within 24 hours. Good to work with.

The lass (Kendall) I spoke with was great! Easily understood why I was calling, clearly explained what she would do, apologised for any "wait"time - and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Overall a VERY positive experience. It's so nice speaking to just one customer service rep who can, so quickly and easily, resolve your issues!
