Very happy, despite some initial teething issues.
The initial install etc went well, there was a hiccup with the data logger post install.. but sorted itself out and has even stable since.. would recommend and use again.

PV and battery install
I would not easily give five stars to a company. They have been very helpful and professional at all times. The install team were very polite and respectful. They did not leave until the install was up and running ( 9 15 at night ). The app for monitoring is spot on. The only problem in the scaffolding.

Absolutely brilliant team
Absolutely brilliant team – highly recommended!
I had a solar and battery system installed recently and couldn’t be more impressed with the team. CJ (the foreman) ran everything smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Tom, who handled the battery and inverter install, was top-notch – clearly knows his stuff and was happy to talk me through the setup. Mike did a great job linking the system into our existing supply, and Conner, the roofer, worked carefully and cleanly on the roof – not a tile out of place.
They were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to have on site. It felt like they really valued doing a quality job and left everything tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Thanks again to the whole team!

The whole experience was great and easy…
The whole experience was great and easy from start to finish. I had all my doubts and questions cleared by the end of the installation. All the wiring had be done very neatly and discreetly too. I would highly recommend Rest to anyone considering getting Solar installed too.

REST is the Best
An honest and professional company, had a great experience installing the solar panels on my flat roofs (something other companies said is not possible). Starting with the considerate sales agent Saif, who had the patience to explain every detail and also gave a lot of support after the installation, continuing with a good team of technicians and electricians that actually installed them, ending with the very comitted owner Hassan, all delivered their best in what seemed to be a good deal for everyone. These days is hard to have people that actually fulfil their promises, but up till now, I'm happy with the results, so thank you Rest for installing my solar panels!

I definitely recommend looking at this company for solar.
I want to start this review with one word: AMAZING.
My experience with this company did start very negatively, however, this was quickly turned around to a very positive and absolutely fantastic experience.
This was down to one very special member of staff who goes above and beyond for her customers, called Daniella. The whole experience with her explaining things and being patient and making sure everything was perfect, as well as a nice conversation, shows how good at her job she is. REST, I think a promotion is on the cards.
On to the solar panels and installation, the solar system is working better than expected, and the products themself's that they use are of premium quality.
The installation by the team is one of the neatest, if not the neatest, I have seen and trust me, the poor guys had their work cut out as I will happily admit I care too much about how things look. The guys were very friendly, and it was genuinely nice to watch and chat to them; they even stayed back when a small technical issue happened, until it was working 100%. This was impressive as the time was half 7 at night. Thank you, Tom, Connor and Harry and Habib, for the help over the phone.
All I would say as a slight improvement is to make sure customers know 100% before signing a contract about the advance notice in the contract, meaning if you cancel, you will have to pay even within the 14-day cancellation period.

Experience with REST
Initially had a great experience with REST. The installation was carried out smoothly and professionally. The team worked with care, kept everything clean, and ensured the system was set up properly.
However, I’ve been disappointed by the post-installation service. Despite multiple requests, the scaffolding used during the installation on May 27 has still not been removed (until Mid November) from my property. This has caused ongoing inconvenience and raises safety concerns. It’s frustrating that such a basic follow-up task has been ignored for so long.
I hope REST addresses this issue promptly, as it undermines what was otherwise a very positive start.

Good job
The representative David was very helpful and supportive throughout the process managing to give all the information needed. The installation team were great and did a good and clean job. One month on the system is working wonderfully with an interface to give you information on whats going on. Still awaiting bits with registration to the energy company but l am happy with everything to date.

I was initially ambivalent about solar panels but was reassured by the information provided by REST and by Martin who is the SW rep .
They were certainly the cheapest of the quotes I received , but their service has been brilliant , installation by their team was also faultless .
The panels are inobstrusive and the wiring inside is of high standard .

The agent had all the answers that I wanted like just how many panels that they could fit on my roof which was great and they did all the rest.had a great crew fit the panels and they worked well as a team well done team the only problem was because they relied on satellite megerments they cauld only fit 4 panels on my loft roof instead of 6 but found another space for the other 2 which in the end worked out fine many thanks 😊

Nice one.
I actually had my panels fitted in December last year and I left a very positive review then but I’ve just changed my Broadband supplier and didn’t know how to reconnect the investor.
I sent a txt to the man that fitted the system and within an hour I had a call from Micheal in the office to talk me step by step through what I had to do. He definitely went above and beyond, making me feel like a valued client even 7 months after they could have finished with me. Cheers.

Trustworthy Company that deliver First Time the survey and design of the…
Once the survey and design of the system were agreed with REST, installation date was booked. Installation team lead Habib Rahman and team arrived on site on time. The whole install was completed within the day to the highest standards and professionalism. Tom Rigley (electrician) Connor Deeks (solar panel installer) and Harry Carson (apprentice) each member of the team knew their roles and executed it to perfection. Habib over saw the whole project on the day from start to finish and worked with me to ensure that the install went to the agreed method and to my complete satisfaction.
On the day we had few issues with respect to panel sizes and fitting on existing roof space, Habib ensued that wouldn’t be an issue in terms of system size agreed at design stage and provided an extra panel to meet the requirements to the original system design.
My overall experience dealing with REST from start to finish on this journey was a memorable one and I would have no hesitation in recommending REST for all your Solar PV and battery installation requirement. Overall totally satisfied with the installation.
