Good quick response to initial enquiry from Andrew Ward, with good communication throughout annuity application process, even on his day off.
Application then administered by Ben Payne, who again provided good communication and updates until completion.

Having reviewed the positive comments about Retirement Line I decided to contact them to discuss taking out a fixed term annuity. My initial conversation was with Jonathan Davis who took time to understand my requirements and provided a variety of quotes covering various scenarios. He was able to answer all my questions and queries. Having decided on a way forward with the information provided the application process was passed to Mollie Turner (Customer Relationship Consultant) who kept me constantly updated with the application process. The whole process was very straightforward and completed with no issues within just a few weeks.
