The process from start to finish was faultless. I had numerous pension pots, some being made difficult to obtain, but was talked through the process from start to finish.
Initially Josie Thomas guided me through the majority of it all, who I found to be very knowledgeable and thorough in her approach and processes.
Once my application was nearly complete I was contacted by Roland Ewins who gave me weekly updates by phone and followed up in an email… I found this very useful when chasing some of my slower pensions.
I would highly recommend both Josie and Roland for their kind approach and personal service, nothing was too much trouble.

It's very stressful dealing with pension companies.

They don't make things simple.

Retirement line guide you through the process and take a helluva lot of that stress away.

From first contact to last they did what they said they were going to do.

It's not easy going through health questions on the phone but the representative did it with ease and reassurance.

The hand over to Louise to see the completion of paperwork and chase up said insurance companies was smooth with regular updates along the way.
