I personally had a good experience…
I personally had a good experience taking out this Landlord's insurance policy. But, I am not sure what experience I will have if I had to claim or something else. For now it's great policy in a reasonable price.

I spoke to Matthew Hill to renew a landlord insurance property. Mathew was very helpful and friendly. He explained the details clearly and professionally with the relevant documents being sent promptly by e-mail. I have used this company since 2012 and would definitely recommend it.

I phoned up to renew my Landlord’s insurance policy and also to discuss changing it back to a standard residential policy in the future. Matthew was really helpful and the process was very straightforward, all of which made it all very easy.

I wouldn't use these guys again
I wouldn't use these guys again, a very condescending attitude when I tried to cancel a policy after selling an investment property, they told me they would charge £90! cancellation fee on top of the £25 from the insurer on a £200 policy, £90! that is ridiculous.
The operator was rude and frankly in this day and age should be better at her job.
