Great customer service from Matthew.
After some initial confusion using the online platform, I called Rightsure and spoke to Matthew who explained clearly what the policy included. He made sure it met my needs, and the price was good. Matthew was very personable and made the process easy.

friendly and efficient
After beginning the process on line but coming to a halt when I was unable to complete the payment section, I completed the the transaction the following day, on the telephone, with the help of Matthew. He made it all so quick and easy and I was so grateful that I didn't need to fill all the form in a second time as he had my information on line and just needed to check it with me. a very friendly and efficient service!!
