Quick delivery & great price!
I couldn’t believe the price of the bike, I’d been looking for one for a while and came across it online. It was ex display but immaculate condition. I was kept up to date via email and it arrived shortly after me placing the order online. It was really neatly packaged and easy to undo and slip on the front wheel. Would definitely order from them again even though I live no where near the store!

Great Customer Service & Super Fast Delivery
My order wasnt the biggest or most expensive ever ... Just a MOST stem for under a tenner on ebay ( great price btw )
The size sent out was 130mm not 120mm . I called the shop it was about 3.00 pm and spoke to Mike. He was so helpful he found the correct stem and said he'd get it posted out .
Im expecting the stem to arrive in a few days it actually turned up the next day .
So impressed with the customer service I felt the need to call the shop and thank them . It rare these days to find that level of customer service .
So Well done RM Cycles . Im not that far from them in Kent so will take a trip over soon to thank them in person .

Second time we’ve used RM now and both…
Second time we’ve used RM now and both bikes have been amazing value. First was new at an incredible price, second was used and had every blemish photographed, so much so, we can’t find them! It really is a beautiful bike.
Top tip though. If you find a bike you like listed by them on an auction site, it’s worth checking out what else they have on their website.

I bought a bicycle from RM Cycles
I bought a bicycle from RM Cycles. They were excellent from initial telephone call right through to when I collected the bike.
I travelled from Derbyshire to pick up the bike, they offered me coffee as soon as I arrived. They give me a bike fit on the new bike making various adjustments to suit me. They then put the bike back on the stand and checked all the bolts, screws etc again to make sure there was nothing wrong.
The bike was in their sale but I felt I was being treated no different than if I was buying a top of the range bike.
I would definitely recommend RM Cycles

Amazing service and team.
The team there helped me throughout my purchase. They couldn’t do enough to support me through the process, not flinching at my numerous visits and deliberations. A joy to deal with, this level of a family type service is hard to come by these days…..

Bought a 2025 Haibike ALLMTN 6 Men’s…
Bought a 2025 Haibike ALLMTN 6 Men’s Alloy eMTB in Blue from RM Cycles. I was quite nervous as I’ve never spent that much money online before, but after speaking with the staff I was completely reassured. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process.
When the bike arrived, we realised it didn’t come with the Kiox 300 display as we had initially thought. However, Mike at RM Cycles went above and beyond to sort things out and resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I’m very grateful and will definitely use RM Cycles again. Highly recommended.

Incorrect part arrived a week late…
Incorrect part arrived a week late after 24 HR delivery paid for. Then after nine days still no part even though it was supposedly sent. After 2 weeks of not getting the part I got a refund

Hi Dean, We'r sorry you had a poor experience with us on your first purchase. Although Royal Mail, the seasonal flu virus and the time of year being a factor in your experience, we have to put our hands up on this one and conceed that even with those factors we haven't met our own standards. Infact we have reviewed our staffing arrangement as a result of the difficulties we had between Christmas and New Year, though of course this doesn't help you now. Many apologies. If there is anything further we might be able to do to make some redress please let us know.
I was let down by another supplier for…
I was let down by another supplier for a set of forks just before Christmas, so ordered from RM Cycles instead. I should have ordered from them in the first place. The order was placed too late to meet the 25th but when they came in on the first working day of 2026 the staff made every effort to fit them to my son’s bike. Very much appreciated and I would recommend RM cycles.
