The perfect bike shop
Purchased a heavily discounted XC bike recently, which was a total bargain.
Called 3-4 times to make pre-purchase enquiries on the model and every time delighted to have been met with an abundance of professional knowledge & advice. Thanks to both Josh’s and I think Tom was another excellent and very helpful member of the team.
The workshop set up tubeless as requested. The bike arrived on the day requested.
Could not fault the experience it was perfect from beginning to end.

Excellent Contact and Packaging
Ordered a bike over the Holiday period and received a phone call as soon as the shop opened explaining where the bike was and when it would be shipped
When it arrived the bike was very well packed and easy to put together

BMC 257 Bike Purchases…
I purchased separately two BMC 257 medium cycles in the sale (at excellent prices and next day delivery) and on both occasions I found the process straightforward and with good communications to my queries raised.
I also found the website to be very user friendly and would certainly recommend RM Cycles.

We did invest in updating our website last year, trying to make it 'cleaner' and more customer friendly, so it's good to hear it's had an impact. As for 2 of the same bikes? Send us a picture of you riding both at the same time? or perhaps not, Ride Safe! :-)

Quoted royal mail then sent it apc, an un-nececcary headache in the middle of the holidays, remember to be honest?! Oh the irony *edit, order was placed around 1pm on sun the 28th with delivery estimate for Tuesday 30th, no attempt whatsoever was made to get this out before last pickup on the monday to honour this, then to claim the order was placed after your next day terms window? Nah

Hi Jim, thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Your order came through at 13:12 on 29/12/2025, which is after our 'next day' as per our standard terms . The frame was signed for at 13:39 on the 31st. Granted we did send it via APC. Infact Royal Mail don't handle packages of that size it has to go via Parcelforce ( we don't have a Parcelforce account). We're sorry you were unhappy we used APC, even if they did deiiver in the 'next day' window, which isn't bad given we're in Kent and you're in Scotland?. The reason the item shows, up at purchase, as being sent via Royal Mail was due to an omission in the set-up in our back office , which we now amended, So once again thanks for taking the time to post a review as we have now updated this. We hope you have fun once you've built the frame up.

Incredible price for an amazing spec bike! From my first contact on the phone with RM Cycles, to the last moment of wheeling my bike out of their store in Kent, the staff were so welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating! Great to get a bike fit as standard practice. Highly recommend. Love my new Giant bike! Thank you to the RMC Team!

The bike i purchase was a fantastic price . I contacted rmcyles and spoke to Mike who confirmed the price of the bike .I asked a couple of questions which were confirmed and the bike was ordered Immediatlely.The bike was delivered within two days and took ten minutes to put together .Great service.
