We're an independent small family Wine Merchant in the United Kingdom. Started by David Robertson, a 40 year veteran of the wine trade, and his son Jamie. Our passion drives us to find those gems that do not cost you an arm and a leg. While providing a service to our customers that is far more personable and grounded than any large company with shareholders can offer.

No Customer Service
Ordered Pino G Blush - Blush detailed on the invoice but Rose sent . Tried to contact the company via email and social as no contact numbers provided. Been a week now and no response - no customer service - obviously won’t be using again.

Hello there. We provide contact details on our website under the help section. Both phone numbers and email addresses provided. I am sorry you have been unable to contact us. We can also confirm we sent what was ordered. Cortefresca Pinot Grigio Blush was indeed dispatched, which is a Rosé.
Update: The customer was offered a generous resolution if they did not like the wine. We did not hear back so assumed they ended up being satisfied.

A distinctive Chilean white, and more
I came a cross a distinctive white from Chile and made a note of the name. RobertsonWines had it in stock at a favourable price, so I ordered half a dozen, plus some easy-drinking reds (from Chile and Argentina). Promptly delivered.

No criticisms on your customer service or the wine. The reason for only 3 stars is the postage and packing costs which I consider to be unfortunate and punitive.

Hello Mr Romans, we appreciate the feedback. I am sorry you feel that way about the shipping costs. We have had to raise this after the pandemic due to our costs going up and our packaging standard being raised. We will take this into account going forward and see if it might be possible to be lowered in the future.
