Customer service representative (Stacey) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and gave me the absolute confidence that my request would be dealt with efficiently….and it certainly was. She listened to what I had to say with patience and care and her helpfulness and professionalism was very much appreciated. There is no doubt that Stacy is an expert in her field and combined with her communication skills, is an asset to Royal London.

I have been with Royal London for many years. Their app is amazing and I love being able to keep an eye on my pension value. I have just recently hit pension age and wanted to take some of my pension, they made the whole process so easy. Very friendly people to deal with and customer service couldn't be better.

Georgina Hendry was really professional, helpful and polite and she made the change for our mutual client very straightforward. Thank you Georgina - Excellent service is really hard to go by these days and it is always so pleasant to experience when it does happen!

Alex was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am a US expat who contributed to the UK workplace pension scheme and now I am moving back to the US and I was very anxious about being able to access my UK pension while in the US. Because of Alex's calm demeanor and knowledge of the scheme and the process he put my mind at ease and he connected me with the non advisor draw down department with whom I have an appointment this week to get the draw down pension plan established. He is excellent at his job and he really cares about the customer experience

I’m surprised at the mostly positive reviews. Staff professional and helpful but it’s an extremely difficult company to reach by phone and email communication is also very poor. No updates are provided and no record maintained of case status. Anyone thinking of taking out a pension with this company, I would strongly advise against it.

I have been trying to access my pension. I have rang three times with no one ever answering and twice someone answered and immediately ended the call. Apparently I cannot access my savings without making this call and listening to someone speak to me for fifteen minutes or so so they know that I really want to do this. Anyone got any ideas about how to get Royal London to deal with this ?

I spoke to Martin Coe who went through the process of me taking a partial withdrawal from my pension pot. He was very clear and I had no issues with the conversation. Very satisfactory and helpful conversation.

Once I had managed to get hold of a human being to speak to, she was very helpful and informative.
Unfortunately, it took a long time on hold before I got through to a person. Yes, options mentioned to have a link sent to me, but I did want to speak, not write/read text, and make my own interpretations of the text.
Anwara was able to provide me with answers to all my many questions, and transferred me to another colleague to answer the final questions.

I dealt with Toby who was very efficient and friendly. However I did request the withdrawal over a week ago and it has taken longer than usual, hence why I have had to make a call to Royal London. Ordinarily Royal London act very quickly to requests.

The main thing for me is now I can access my pension for withdraws without waiting on the phone.. excellent idea to follow the link you sent so I could ask for a withdrawal.
Royal london has been the best investment I have done ,too see your money recuperate most of the time after taking money withdrawals.. much appreciated for your service .
