Love this rug. Very bright colours and great quality

Really bad experience!
Bought a rug online back in May with free next day delivery. Called today to chase the order. Customer service operator was defensive/irritated about my call. Huffed and puffed and then went mental when I asked her if she was cross with me. I just wanted to know what happened to my order and there was no reason to get defensive. She even accused me of swearing (which I never and would never do) Very weird response and I think the woman needs a holiday!!!! In less than an hour after the call I had my order cancelled. Apparently the item was never in stock and was discontinued by the manufacturer. Strangely I can still see it for sale online! I will never purchase from this company again and advise anyone who values their time to avoid them.

To everyone interested in that online shop Seller is refusing to pickup missed return delivery’s.
Return was send next day after receiving.
If you will send a carpet back and they are not in they will not collect from any collection point…..
Courier service doesn’t matter.
Return policy long and confusing prices to use their recommend courier service are extraordinary.
By prepared to pay a lot.
Read the returns policy.
Reason given by the seller: no insurance?!?
Any clients of that shop can do the same yes?
Miss delivery and not picking up from collection point is that making any logic?
You will be stuck with carpet you don’t like.
So avoid like a plague.
I will warn everyone whenever I will hear that online shop name.
Run just don’t.

I had already bought one of their rug, I was so pleased with it that I have purchased another one. I had good service from Rugs Direct I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Fast delivery too.

Carpet they sent was bad quality. I sent photos to show them the carpet was not the same as on there web site . Would not refund return cost said it was fine . Poor customer service do not use .

Love the rug. Wasn’t next day delivery as promised - it’s was 4 days. Would still have ordered it with a longer delivery period, just be honest!

The rug we ordered wasn't quite right so we asked for a refund and the team on the phone were excellent very friendly and accommodating.will use again and recommend to other people

After several failed deliveries by DX (They didn't turn up!) I asked to cancel the order as we were going away. On the 3rd day, DX left the rug on our drive (in the rain) and faked a signature. We are not home so have no idea if the rug will still be there when we get back or the state it will be in. All my emails to Rugs Direct have been ignored. Definitely wouldn't use this company again.

Rug not as expected so tried to return. Rug cost £84.00 and they charge £20.00 + to return it! Very poor communication from them and even worse service from their courier DX. Still trying to send this back 1 week later.
Would not recommend either of these companies, very stressful time dealing with the absolute incompetence.

Required a new runner rug for the hallway, what I liked was you could order a separate underlay which stops the runner from sliding got to say it works very well, whole experience was great can recommend.

The company advertised free next day delivery and my rug did not come until 2 weeks later. It was a birthday gift and arrived well after recipients birthday. I contacted the company who were uninterested and told me I had to wait. Very poor communication and service. Wouldn’t recommend
