The large rug was wrapped so well it wouldn't be damaged.The delivery was prompt and the driver brought it into the hall for me.He was very polite and helpful.Everybody has remarked on how lovely it is.Good quality too.

Really poor service overall.
I placed my order 27/3. No updates or emails, I chased the following week as I was worried I'd been scammed. By the 8/4 it transpired my order had never been processed, described as a system glitch. I recieved my order 2 weeks later than expected and my rug colour was the opposite to the picture I'd ordered. In a dark lit room it matched, but in the sunshine it was about 10 shades lighter. I sent these in and raised a complaint, as to request a return for not matching the description would have cost me £40! for collection. That would have deducted from my refund owed knocking nearly 50% off my refund. I've called 5x over the course of 2 weeks chasing for updates as I had no email trail of anything. I've been told my every agent to simply wait, and that somebody would get in touch. It wasn't until today I was at the end of my patience. The only agent who sympathised and got anything sorted was Azira who I would like to commend for going above and beyond after speaking to me previously. This review is no reflection of her, she is an asset to the team. However, I had to review the experience as I'm so disappointed I had no email trace of any step of the service. Not only was my order not processed, there seems to be no organisation, no automated emails, a poor relationship between suppliers, miscommunication, this is just not acceptable for customers choosing your service, which is why I'm giving a low rating. I'm going to use my refund to invest in a better quality rug and service as it's worth paying more for.

I am so pleased with my beautiful rug. It came very quickly and the delivery driver was helpful. The whole process of ordering was very smooth. The website is very good with an excellent range of rugs The colurs of my rug blends so well with my bedroom decor. The rug is so soft just right for morning feet.

We had had a rug from a different supplier for over 6years and decided to change it only for a change not because there was anything particularly wrong with it.
The rug we bought from rugs direct was a little more expensive than we had planned, but was going in the living room so we felt was worth spending on. We were happy with it when it arrived, but quickly noticed individual threads coming loose. We have now had it for 8months and there is only two of us living in the house and it looks really worn and has not lasted well at all. I emailed the company three times to share my dissatisfaction and they ignored me every time. Based on this experience, I would not buy a rug from this company again.

I recently purchased two rugs from Rugs Direct and felt compelled to leave a review because the experience was genuinely outstanding.
From start to finish, the level of customer care I received was something I haven’t encountered in a very long time.
I had quite a specific request, as I was trying to match a rug I already owned (from the same manufacturer and in the same colour)
Before purchasing, I reached out and asked if I could send photos to confirm they were the same.
Clair, who assisted me, was incredibly helpful, taking the time to carefully review the images and reassure me that they were a match. That level of attention and willingness to help made all the difference.
What impressed me even more was the pricing. After spotting the same rugs elsewhere, I asked about price matching.
Clair immediately confirmed they do match prices and not only that, I still received an additional 10% promotional discount.
It felt like the focus was truly on looking after me as a customer, rather than simply making a sale.
Clair was kind, understanding, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process, and Rugs Direct as a whole demonstrated professionalism and integrity at every step. They really went the extra mile.
I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and will absolutely be returning for any future purchases. A truly exceptional experience.

Ordered a small 'BERBER' rug 153L x 80Wcms arrived 2 days later. Delivery timing good.
Unfortunately it turned out to be worse than disappointing - looked cheap, thin, synthetic, balls of fluff fell out of it, very poor quality and the 'cream' colour we thought we'd ordered turned out to be grey not as described in the photo. Certainly we were mis-represented by the description online.
We go on to the refund/returns, go through a process on Whats App and finally at the end we learn that the mailing cost is #39.99! This is very scammy - we're not going to send it back for forty quid! Coming up close to the cost of the rug! Also put through a complaint to our bank to see if they can prevail on RUGS-ONLINE uk for mis-representation.
