Unprofessional and morally vacant company
Avoid like the plague

This company do not answer their phone or return calls or emails we have been tying for a week left many messages and have been unable to make contact and we have now instructed our accountants to sort the problem.

with Karen, Georgie and Gemma as special mention the service from CATAX was painless and well worth the time an effort financially.

Great Service, really good staff and message

Stay well clear l had a claim for 13,390 made up of 2 claims and they took the first claim of £3090 and advised that was there fees and the next claim would therefore be mine if l was happy for them to keep the first claim which l agreed to then of the remaining claim of £10300 they then took another £1800 so for a claim of only £13390 they took just under £5000. STAY CLEAR OF CATAX UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF AND IF DEALING WITH THEM GET THEM TO CONFIRM IN WRITING NOT OVER THE PHONE HOW MUCH THEY WILL TAKE OR SIMPLY USE YOUR OWN ACCOUNTANT WHO WILL HAVE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTATION SO BE QUICKER AND MOST ONLY CHARGE 15% or thereabouts. DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE WE DID 🤬🤬🤬🤬
