Excellent customer service and support
I cannot praise the team highly enough for the help they provided. We had an issue with a discontinued Sagittarius tap and, rather than simply advising that it was no longer available, the team took the time to investigate, understand the problem, and work through possible solutions. They supplied replacement parts, including a new cartridge and handles, and were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. Their technical knowledge, willingness to go the extra mile, and commitment to finding a solution were outstanding.

If anyone needs to get anything to do with bathroom taps or associated bits and pieces, go to this company. Their customer service standard is absolutely first class. I emailed a query about a leaking bath filler fitted some 8 years ago expecting the item to be now obsolete. I received a reply within the hour from one of their tech guys; Dillan, who not only explained that the required part was still available but also provided a photo, exploded diagrams and advice on how to replace it. Part arrived in a couple of days. Fitting took about 10 minutes. Job done. Sagittarius is a top quality outfit and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Would that all internet suppliers exhibit this level of service. The products offered are also of very high quality. It would be a false economy to go anywhere else.

Customer Service rep., DILLAN has been absolutely exceptionally helpful in resolving my problem shower. Almost instant responses to all my emails, and all his responses being relevant, helpful, sympathetic and constructive. If my experience is normal for Sagittarius it's worth buying from them just for the customer service experience! Best ever I'd say. This is a 100% genuine review.

Like other customers, I have only very positive things to say about Sagittarius. From the initial technical query response, next day delivery, quality of the shower valves, everything was absolutely 10/10. I cannot recommend them too highly and will definitely purchase from Sagittarius again for all our fittings (and of course, Dillan - fantastic customer service).

Excellent customer service - replacement parts sent out same day for mixer tap!

have had a speedy response to my question regards my traditional bath mixer with hand shower (telephone handset style) and the help and advice from Dillan was fantastic , he asked for photos and was then able to tell me taps were over ten years old and not made anymore but was able to show me an internal part that might fit ...and solve the problem which was then sent out to me very speedily...The part was nearly identical ( just different thread on locking collar- so used the old collar with the new valve) taps working as new again ...for less than £20! big thankyou to Dillan for all the emails needed to resolve this, He was polite and helpful, full marks to him and sagittarius

I have always received excellent customer service from the Sagittarius team. I had previously dealt with Neil and Russell about 6 years' ago who are no longer with the Company. However, Dillan who has replaced them in their technical support department has been equally fantastic. All were so helpful and responded promptly to my email/query regarding my bathroom parts in addition to giving me advice what the problem might be. Nothing has ever been a problem for them and their service has consistently been at such a high standard. I work in the service industry so really take notice of customer service as you don't see much of it nowadays.

I would always recommend Sagittarius. My builder has also said that some of his customers have also praised Sagittarius Taps. I cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot fault the excellent service provided by Dillan, and previously by Neil. I’ve been a customer for a long time, and I still remember how helpful Neil was about 6 years ago (he has since retired).
At the time, Sagittarius Taps didn't have the specific parts I required in stock. Instead of just turning me away, Neil went above and beyond by pointing me to another company's website that sold compatible parts. That kind of honesty and helpfulness is rare.
It's great to see that Dillan is carrying on that same high standard of service today. Highly recommended, 5 stars!

I've always appreciated Sagittarius for the quality of their products and their after-sales service but Dillan went over and above with my latest product query. he was "on it" right away and we soon sorted out my problem, thanks to him. Excellent customer service

The Sales and in particular the Technical department as the issue was passed on to them were exceptional. Communication was excellent and Dillan resolved the issue very quickly such that the part is arriving tomorrow.
They couldn’t have been more helpful and it was exceptional to have such good customer service.
