Excellent service via their technical email department, They send a replacement cartridge for my tap free of charge even though it was just out of warranty.

Chrome has bubbled on tap
Chrome has bubbled on tap. Company say I haven't maintained it properly. As I clean it every day dont know what else I could do. Although I had a guarantee company won't honour it.

This really is an unfair review. We have responded more than once, and have offered to replace the handle. The Kitchen tap is 7 years old, fully working and its just the handle that has started to tarnish. But we haven't been told what if anything has been used to clean the tap. Most modern cleaning detergents if left sitting can affect the finish. A handle will not fail, unless its been in contact with abrasive cleaning solutions.
But without any of this information, we did offer to supply a replacement handle, that yes, was chargeable, but merely at a cost to cover the cost of the handle and carriage.
I just wanted to add background to this review, and why its very one sided, and with great respect highly unfair.
The offer of a replacement handle for this tap at cost price plus carriage is still available.
We would always honour any warranty, which genuinely pertains to a faulty item.
The shower is an awful design
The shower is an awful design. Six times the customer has called me back. The shower has fallen apart twice and flooded the bathroom! The grub screw to hold it in does nothing, the replacement parts were sent and do not fit the shower first purchased. Never again will I fit one of these!

Brilliant old fashioned customer service
Can't speak more highly about this company. This is what service should always be like. I had a problem with a thermostatic mixer shower and they explained how to fix it.

Great customer service
It is so reassuring that when you invest in a quality system you will be supported by a customer service that really works - whether it is simply helpful advice, or replacement parts they respond and deal with things quickly with no fuss. So a big thank you to Russell as I now have my lovely system running beautifully again.

Fantastic service
We've had a Sagittarius tap in our bathroom for several years. A few weeks ago I noticed a small hole in the spout. I had assumed that our seven-year-old broke it (he has a reputation). I emailed Sagittarius Taps asking if I can buy just the spout so that I don't have to replace the whole thing. Got a prompt reply from David, who assured me that my son was innocent. He also sent out a replacement spout by overnight courier free of charge.
Fantastic service from a trustworthy company. Next time we buy a tap, it'll be another Sagittarius.

Cartridge valve replaced under warranty
The cartridge valve in our kitchen tap wore out and was dripping (well over two years, and we live in a high pressure, hard water area). I was struggling to get hold of the size to get a replacement, and reached out to their technical email address. Straight away Russell offered to replace it under warranty if I could provide an receipt, which I could. Great service. It arrived a few days later.
I do think the industry could do more to standardised these cartridge valves though. Went to a pumbing parts store and they couldn't help at all, even knowing the tap make and model they had no way to look up the spec, or part number, or size, basically laughed at me for trying.

Customer service at its best
Russell arranged to repair a shower bar purchased from Tap n Shower which had been damaged in transit. Tap n Shower lived up to their name by refusing to deal with the issue - as it was outside of the 30 day time limit. It was missed due to health reasons. Sagittarius, on the other hand, volunteered to fix the broken unit; which they did swiftly. Excellent customer service. That other shower could learn from them.
