Verschrikelijk wat schandalig zeg voor zo een merknaam een onverstaanbare rimboe surinaamse of antiliaanse achter de telefoon te zetten en vervolgens ook nog eens ophangt, hoe kanje slecht nederlands sprekend achter de telefoon van samsung geplaatst worden. Verschrikelijk gewoon ik ga hierna over naar apple iphone ben er klaarmee.

If you want the job done properly, pay a little more than the stall in the market and have it done properly!

Samsung never buy there products again twice had an issue with z flip 7 twice the screen went off 1st time had 4 days and got replaced second time have had 7 months same thing screen went off and saying customer must have dropped definitely not they will try everything not to honour there 24 month warranty and always blame the customer I have always bought samsumg products and never had a problem and never claimed on there 24 month warranty and bow twice in a year with a mobile phone z flip 7 same issue fold line and screen flicker common fault and they won't fix absolute garbage service from samsung

Contattato l'assistenza: risulta non esistere aggiornamento firmware. Richiedono pagamento per l'assistenza a domicilio del tecnico. Ridicoli fino a qui. La follia arriva quando si scopre che non esiste nemmeno l'ingresso analogico con jack 3.5 che consenta di tamponare.

When they refound me the money,it was less that I paid.
I asked them why, but they didn't reply.

Ho acquistato una lavatrice Samsung e già dopo nemmeno 2 mesi perdeva acqua dal cestello.
I signori della garanzia hanno valutato che era danneggiato da un indumento incastrato durante il lavaggio, cosa mai vera è mai verificata.
Vendono prodotti scadenti e già difettosi e non ti passano in garanzia.
Sconsiglio l' acquisto di prodotti Samsung.
Riparazione approssimativa
Sono venuti a ritirare il telefono, mandato in riparazione per un cambio schermo rotto, tornato con la scocca sul retro attaccata male (si vedeva la spugnetta bianca). Può succedere ok. Rimando il telefono sperando in una riparazione più veloce, ma dal servizio clienti rispondono che dovrò aspettare comunque i 4 giorni lavorativi canonici, più spedizioni... praticamente è da 3 settimane che sono senza telefono. Facevo prima ad andare dai cinesi in fondo alla via e in una giornata lo avrei avuto indietro riparato e forse meglio a questo punto. Oltre tutto ora, non mi fido di come tornerà indietro il telefono, vista la superficialità dimostrata. Inoltre risposte dal servizio clienti, brevi e fredde, pur essendo loro in pieno torto.

Do yourself a favour and buy someone else's product. They lie about warranty dates, refuse repairs on 9 month old items saying its out of warranty and support are rude ending chats wasting your time until you give up.

Mijn ervaring, ongeïnteresseerde en onbetrokken medewerkers aan de lijn gehad.
Verhaal:
Op 17 februari 2026 een Samsung stofzuiger gekocht, 3 dagen later opgestuurd naar Samsung Repair care, omdat het apparaat technische problemen vertoonde. Na 3 weken nog niks gehoord. Het interesseert de klantservice helemaal niet. Het lijkt een oplichterij praktijk te zijn. Mijn ervaring nu, Samsung nooit en nooit meer. Een shit produkt en een shit klantservice. Zonde, 100 keer, weggegooide geld.

David was excellent. I gave him my tablet with a smashed display and in an hour he gave me back the device as if nothing had been wrong with it. He did all the tests and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended.

Zo juist in Leidschendam( de Mall) geweest bij het Samsung service centrum super én bekwaam geholpen door Lorenzo.
Ook nog een cheque up om te controleren of alles het weer deed.

159 & tablet not repaired and no response
So my tablet wasn't repaired having spent £159. I had selected lite for the s6 rather than just the s6 (couldn't turn it on so wasn't sure), they guy said couldn't fix it (surely you have more than one part on your van) and someone would get in touch. But if they didn't to email.
This is almost double the price of someone locally, i thought going to a reputable provider would be better.
No one did get in touch and no one has responded to my email..
I also had a terrible experience with my laptop. Despite paying top insurance, they tried to charge me £800, it took over two weeks to agree and a lot of emails and time for them to fix under the warranty.
The service i have received for both, actually puts me off Samsung.
Poor service for Samsung repair
I sent my Samsung ZFold6 to Samsung authorized repair service, it Samsung Care+. My battery needed to be replaced do to an ongoing overheating error. Samsungarranged the shipping through UPS, the UPS agent verified the condition, and forwarded the phone to Samsung. 5 days later, I was notified by email that my $135 repair cost of replacing the battery was now over $1000 to replace the screen, the motherboard, and the battery. I denied the increased estimate and they returned my phone with a broken screen and in non-working condition. Basically, they destroyed it and sent it back. No apology, no excuse, no replacement, nothing. I have reported this via their text service and am awaiting their response.
