This a CON/SCAM watch out buy nothing from the. The items are cheap mass produced, poor quality and do not represent the online product in anyway!

The bags are nothing at all like the advertisement. I could have got a similar bag at Tescos for £3. Would not recommend them at all. I think it is a complete scam. The only thing it has taught me is to read reviews before ordering online.

Absolutely rubbish. We have all been conned. Nothing superb about them at all. Accept I have been a fool and don't expect any reply to my emails of complaint. Buyers beware.

Foolishly ordered without checking the reviews, a supposedly hand crafted bag was more like a bag for life from a supermarket. Avoid this scam company if its still in operation (hopefully it's been shut down) but be careful they've probably opened up under a different name. I've just looked and yeah they've now opened up with Margaret York so the scammers are going through the town's and cities.

I posted a review on the 1st Aug after receiving 2 bags that I had ordered. They were nylon mass produced printed and not quilted handmade as advertised.
After lots of emails, I refused to pay a return fee as the goods were not what I'd ordered. I was was offered 10% and keep the goods, through the discussion this amount went up to 30%. I accepted this, purely because I did not want to keep emailing saying the goods were inferior mass produced rubbish and I wanted a full refund and the company to pay refund costs, despite what the refund policy states.
This company clearly doesn't care that they advertise one product and send out another.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Update. I recieved notification of a refund rather than paying to send items back.

I ordered 27/07 and received my bag this morning and can only agree with everyone else. The bag I received is a cheap nylon bag, nothing like the padded handbag advertised . Do not order from there!

Do NOT use this company. It is a complete scam. In fact they are a company from China purported to be a small UK business. The bag I have received is worth no more than £1 from market stall. I requested a refund the day after I placed an order as I became very suspicious due to their grammar and linguistics. I received a reply saying the goods had already been forwarded wich is ridiculous as they later told me there was a considerable delay due to the considerable amount of orders placed with them. If they were in the UK I would report them to Trading Standards but they are safe and happy in China.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give this company 0 stars if the option was there.
I stupidly did not check their shipping and returns info as you have to send returns to Asia if not satisfied and you don't get your money back until they receive the items. And I didn't look at reviews before ordering and used my debit card to pay instead of a credit card which would have made it easier to get my money back as they are certainly not worth the money I paid of £78.66 for the 3 bags. Thank God i didnt pay the full price of £116.99, reduced to £34.99 as site said she was retiring and selling remaining stock and the more you ordered the less you paid, I was fully roped in, what a mug i was. After I paid, my bank sent me a fraud alert message asking if I had made the payment, which I replied Y for yes. So alarm bells started ringing in my head and I double checked with my bank that they could not take any other payments from my bank. Once payment has been processed you cannot cancel the order and there is no phone number to ring the company to speak to anyone, so I had doubts the bags would arrive.
I ordered 3 bags, one for myself and 2 as presents. I ordered them on the 26th July 2026, they arrived today 8th August and were delivered by EVRI not Royal Mail as stated in their website. The pictures on the bags resemble those on the site but that is where the similarities end.
They are certainly not beautiful artisan bags, crafted to be truly unique ( I have seen these bags on other websites so not unique)
These bags are NOT traditional craftsmanship, NOT a quilted stitched pattern or padded, they are nylon or polyester, no cotton in sight, with a printed flat picture and the bags do not have a flat bottom to stand up on their own. Their description of the bags on the website is a complete con.
I unfortunately I have put it down to experience and have learnt lessons from my mistake when ordering again online as I don't want to pay at my own expense of shipping to return the bags to Asia and the risk of not getting my full money returned even though they offer a full 30 days money back guarantee if not satisfied as I would not want to be giving my bank details to them again and have seen from other reviews the difficulties other people are having getting their money back.
It makes me mad that they have got away with this and something should be done about these con artists as their website is still up and running and conning other people with their false lies about their products. Hope they get there comeuppance 🤬

The bag I received today is cheap plastic with an awful picture on the front. I wouldn't give you £5 let alone £34.27. This is a total rip off DO NOT buy one of these bags they are NOT what is displayed for sale. The money went from my bank 27/7/26 it was ment as a birthday gift 😡😡😡😡

They can at least send something resembling what I ordered pure scam paid 35 pounds for a bag got a 6.99 plastic one sent no phone no no contact details I will need to see the bank about a refund DO NOT order anything from this site

I order 4 bags. On appearance on the website the bags look quilted. What i received bears no resemblance to what I ordered. A total scam. It is just a printed material made into a bag. I bought them as gifts. I cannot give them to my friends. I thought the bags were made in the UK. It turns out they come from Asia and are a scam.

Advertised quality hand made bags but send cheap printed bag. When applying for a refund they offered 10% refund and keep the bag. I managed to get 50% refund and was told to keep the bag. I accepted due to the cost of returning the bag to china. Site is a scam with images of people generated by Gemini ai. Keep away from this site

I ordered a bag for my wife's 60th birthday of a Yorkshire terrier as she has one. The picture on Sarah Cambridge website looked wonderful. What eventually arrived at my door was not abhandcrafted bag as advertised but more like a plastic or vinyl print. It was a Yorkie alright but nothing like the picture on the website. I emailed Sarah Cambridge after funding out the bag came from China and received a reply that it was a closing down sale and their warehouse was dealing with orders but no actual answer to my questions. I emailed again after receiving the bag with 2 pictures of the original picture and what was sent me side by side as proof of the huge difference. Whoever it was emailed back asking to either send the product back at my own expense or keep it and they would refund just 10% of the initial price I paid!! What a fraud/scam amd a huge disappointment. Do not buy from this company. Saw the original ad on Youtube but ordered through the Sarah Cambridge site. Went back to Youtube and reported but they came back with the answer that it had been investigated and there was nothing untoward in their ads!!! Shame on Youtube!

The bag arrived. It did not live up to the picture advertised. Massively over priced. I too like many others should have read the reviews first. I strongly do not recommend this product. Very disappointed.

Ordered Dolphin bag, received a Temu type printed not embroidered or quilted as described, avoid this company,they are scammers.

A complete rip off poor quality not as described and to return you have to pay postage to China.
They should be banned from advertising online - can we change the law please!

0 stars. THIS IS A SCAM. The website is 100% AI with all product images being fake 3D quilted bags which DO NOT EXIST. A family member fell for this and received a cheap flat tote bag with a digital print on it. Please do not order from them.
