Terrible service. Such a saga to get the bag delivered. I thought I would have to get the bank involved. Will never buy anything from them again.

Total scam and scrupulous company from china. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering
Ordered 2 tote bags from snugnest. Stated "handcrafted, authentic and traditional textile of 25 years what I recieved was cheap nylon bags with a picture printed on it with some
stitching around the picture, nothing like the description. My main concern was that as I was processing my order for 1 bag and thought the payment had gone through another screen came up that looked as if I hadnt confirmed the payment so touched the button again and Low and behold I had ordered another bag. I immediately emailed
the company to cancel and asked for refund but was informed the order had already been processed and could not be cancelled. They informed me that I could send the unwanted item back once I had recieved it by contacting them and it was easy with the 39 day refund. I doubt very much I will get a refund considering all the other reviews I have read. And the offers of 10% or 30% and keep the items or send it back at own expense. Should be reported to Trading Standards and the chinese embassy as suggested by a previous review. Just put it down to experience and be more careful in future

Had to give one star to write a review. I wouldn't give it any stars.
Do NOT buy from this company.I ordered a tote bag for a birthday present supposed to be made in the Uk. It is not it is made in China.
Product cheap rubbish that does not fit the description on the website.
Company do not offer full refund plus you pay for the return of the item, post office wanted nearly £20.00 to send at standard rate .
Avoid Snugnest at all costs nothing but a scam .
Will be reporting to trading standards .

I agree with all the previous comments about the misleading advertising and abysmal quality of the product received. What makes it even worse is the payment is to someone in the USA. So not British in any shape or form. They do not respond to emails either.
Trading standards need to be involved to stop this fraudulent company advertising for a UK market.

I would like to worn anyone thinking of buying from this company. It's not a family run business, goods a extremely poor quality. For returns it's a foreign address which you have to pay for the return shipping. I cannot stress how xrap their products are

Wish I had read the reviews. If I had known they were from China I would not have bought two bags of rubbish. Nothing like what was shown on the website. Nothing to say they are made in China and I dont think Royal Mail deliver from China? I've asked for a refund and they offered me 30% back and I can keep the items or 50% off my next order. Not good enough. I'm sending them back to China. Avoid at all cost.

I, too, have fallen for the wonderful looking website which gives the impression that everything is made in the UK. I was foolish enough to order three bags and two bedsets at a total cost of nearly £230 and then my daughter told me to read the reviews. It was too late, unfortunately. All the items have been received by me but every item is 100 per cent rubbish. BE WARNED - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - EVERYTHING IS MADE IN CHINA. Nothing is as shown on their website. The bags have no zips, no internal pockets. they are not three dimensional, and they are definitely not "handcrafted" as it indicates on the website. Even the handles on the bags are not as advertised. The same applies to the bedsets. They are cheap looking and both have been edged in white bias binding which makes them look even cheaper and the underside is just plain white material. It will cost too much to send such a large quantity back to China and I doubt whether I will receive any or part of my outlay. I have learned a very expensive lesson - before ordering anything online in future I shall do a thorough research and definitely read the reviews.

When I ordered from this company they advertised that my parcel would be delivered by Royal Mail, but in fact they are to be delivered by a company called Relay. I've had dealings with Relay in the past and they are a quite dreadful delivery company. If I had known of the actual delivery company I wouldn't have placed the order.
At present I cannot comment on the quality of the product as Relay still haven't delivered it to me. I have complained to Snug Nest about the change of carriers, but I am still awaiting a reply from them.

I ordered 2 bags from this small UK company who gave the impression their bags were hand made and carefully quilted in this country. The bags arrived separately after a long wait. They were supposed to arrive via Royal Mail but came by Yodel from China! One bag had no quilting and just a printed picture of sheep. The second to arrive was quilted by machine, not by hand as the website said. The illustrations showed sheep in 3D because of the quilting but the machine quilting was all over. Not a good look. Since the last bag arrived I looked online and found many companies selling the same bags. Do not purchase from this company. The bags are over priced and are drop-shpped from China!

Practice of selling substandard goods is illegal in China. Report to Chinese embassy in UK and UK trade depth in china.
Trader masquerades under multiple names and other products mainly targeting UK and US...beauty products, clothing, bags and jewellery. Watch out and check all adverts in Google feed.
Paypal excellent with procuring full refund.
Would advise everyone to pursue refunds through banks etc to get this trader bankrupted out of business.

Not at all as described. Very cheap materials and EXTREMELY OVER PRICED.

The bags, when they arrived, looked nothing like the ones on the website. Apparently the 30 days return/refund policy starts from the date when they receive your order! As I was away by the time they actually arrived, I was not eligible for a return or a refund!

Their products do not actually deserve 1 star rating absolute tat, nothing like the website description. No zipper nor internal pockets.

Site owner lives in Covent Garden and refuses to accept returns to a UK address, insist that you return to the China wearhouse at your expense.

I wish there were no Stars to select!
Steer well clear of this seller.
They promise luxury 3 dimensional crafted goods....but instead you receive some cheap 2 dimensional tat from China.
Like all other reviewers, I wish I had checked on Trustpilot before I purchased a tat bag for my wife.
Now I have to find someone I dislike enough so as to give it to them as a present!!!!
One redeeming aspect....I actually managed to get a percentage refunded!!!!

The eyes on the cat bag were half way down it's body. The bags are definitely not hand crafted, are over priced and machine made. The website is very misleading. I would not touch them with a badge pole.

Website suggests uk company making handmade products delivered by Royal Mail. Reality just the opposite. Absolute rubbish quality, made in China, taking weeks to arrive and finally delivered on its final stage by Yodal. This company are virtual scammers. Read, understand what you're buying into.

All lies, not quilted or handcrafted, cheap printed tat

Total waste of money ordered 3 bags for upcoming birthday gifts, I wouldn't insult recipients by giving these.If you really like the look of these temu are selling the same for £6. Wish i had read reviews before buying feel really conned.

Very poor customer service with AI generic replies to my emails. Having ordered one of their bags I was debited twice and immediately contacted them a few minutes later only to be told the duplicate item would need to be returned to China at my own cost.
I wish I had read previous reviews before ordering. Horrendous experiences reviewed. Avoid at all costs.
