Poor banking services
This bank is the worst bank I have ever seen . Requesting documents and when you send proof they keep ignore, they are not in anyway ethical . If you don’t want people to bank with you why not tell them and return their money, rather than ignore emails , phone number not going through either . Please I need you to close my account and return all funds in it . You couldn’t care less people battling with how to pay their bills and live without heating this period that’s insane.

Dear Saurus , I agree it’s the decision of your financial provider. I’m not arguing with you . All I’m asking for is that you return my £599 that is in my Saurus account when you/your financial provider closed it. I have messaged them that you said they are the one to refund me , they sent me a reply saying it’s you I should contact. Please rectify . I would have attached screenshot of the email here but here one can’t upload . The messages are below .

Quality bank easy app. However I've tried to order a replacement card they said it was ordered however it's been a month and I havent recieved it yet. Customer support isn't very helpful and haven't responded other then to say they where looking into the card provider it and will get back to me. Please çan someone advise

Notified of a scammer using this bank…
Notified of a scammer using this bank to receive funds extracted from vulnerable person- not had the decency of a reply as yet.
Here’s the message I sent:

Could you please advise who I contact to report a scammer using your bank?
My mother lives in Spain and has already been scammed out of one scammer. Now she is constantly getting people contact her asking for money.
The latest such person had given bank details which appears to be the bank.
He claims his name is Paul Hollywood. ( probably fake )

This is a random stranger. My mother has a brain injury from a stroke and heart problems and possibly mild dementia, she is 77 years of age, lives in Spain and therefore it’s difficult to manage this from UK.
She has already been scammed out of 2700 euros to another scammer ( or possibly sane one with different name)
Would you please look into this account.
I will be reporting all the details to the police.
Ps this scammer is claiming to be a researcher in Yemen who needs the money to get home !! The others have equally silly stories all apparently based in Yemen, mostly claiming to be doctors in military etc
