I have been purchasing contacts from this provider/supplier for quite some time and won’t ever go back to the doctor for a simple prescription ($150) and get my same contacts yearly. It’s such a waste as my prescription doesn’t change. I’ve always paid for expedited shipping and it gets to me within 3 days tops. Never had any types of issues with purchasing or shipping or receiving so thank you!!

Fast Shipping, Product as advertised, Saved me money !!!

I needed emergency contacts while on vacation and paid for overnight shipping. There was a delay when UPS put the package on the wrong truck. When I called both save on lens and UPS they kept passing the buck and basically told me there was nothing to be done and blamed it on covid-19. At no point did save on lens attempt to refund the 30 dollars I paid for shipping. The lenses arrived at the hotel after I had to go home. My vacation was ruined and I had to arrange to have the lenses sent to me at additional cost. What is the point of paying for overnight delivery if no one will hold the carrier responsible for getting it there? If I had known there would be no follow through I would have just paid the walmart optometrist to see me and sell me a box.
