Beautiful engraved bangle
I ordered a beautiful engraved bangle, off good quality and value for money of which I am very pleased with and would highly recommend.
There was a bit of difficulty with the delivery but customer service ( Millie ) sorted the matter with exceptional care and professional service, I was impressed with the quality of both purchase and service from Say it and will definitely be ordering again.

Bought 2 items for my daughters 21st…
Bought 2 items for my daughters 21st birthday. Much smaller in reality when they arrived so I sent them back. Company has refunded me less than half what I paid and have not responded to my emails querying this.

Faulty Christmas gift and refused exchange
Recieved a bracelet as a Christmas gift and when I opened it, it was completely tarnished. Contacted customer service and was told nothing they would do since I didn’t have a receipt. Never come across a company selling faulty items and refusing to exchange! Especially after Christmas. Will definitely be avoiding this company in the future
