Ear piercing
I brought my 5 year old daughter in today to have her ears pierced. I hadn’t booked an appointment but they fitted us in which was great. Becky was lovely with my little girl and explained everything to her. It was quick and simple and my little girl is over the moon. The choice of earrings is fab aswell! Highly recommend :) xxx

Excellent service from start to finish. Interaction with Customer service when a small issue arised was excellent. Millie was very helpful and professional. Always responded straight away without delay. Will definitely use again. Very happy with purchase.

I find the £5 for gift wrapping excessive after all it’s a paper bag with no tissue or tag the item was okay but nothing special

February Birthstone range

Bought a ring for myself as a birthday present. Lovely item, so was gutted to have lost it. Desperately waiting for restock to rebuy it. Staff in the shop in The MetQuarter are brilliant and can't do enough for you.

Bracelet broke after 5-6 months…
Bracelet broke after 5-6 months absolutely awful trying to get anywhere with customer service! The amount of emails is ridiculous, said they would send a replacement it’s been 6 weeks now still waiting 😡 #UPDATE new bracelet was eventually sent out after 6 weeks of emails back & forth.
