Highly recommend!
SBW were great, Chris handled my housing case and kept me updated throughout. He explained the process to me from the outset and helped me understand what would happen at each stage. I can’t thank Chris and SBW enough for helping me. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Consumer Rights act 2015 support and settlement
I requested SBW's assistance after having problems with a recently purchased second hand vehicle. Following months of problems I decided the car needed to be returned to the dealership but as I had gone slightly over the 6 month guidance of the Consumer rights act I run into problems with
the dealership. I explained the situation in detail to SBW who agreed I had done more than enough to resolve the issue and they kindly took on my case. From an initial meeting they contacted the dealership via email, phone and letter. I was kept informed on the progress and within no time they had resolved all the issues and received a settlement offer way above what the garage had been willing to negotiate with myself. I can't thank SBW enough for their understanding and professional manner in resolving this case for me. Thanks again

Amazing team
The Team at SBW law were incredibly professional through out my case from start to finish the end to end journey with them was complete and made me feel much more assured throughout the process, in what at the time was a stressful ordeal but they made it so easy for me and my family not to need to be stressed or worry!
