ScreenAway were very quick to respond to my inquiries. They were thorough in quoting and measuring up the job. Two visits to double check before installing. Installation was completed without fuss. Tai, who installed the job, was friendly and professional. I was grateful that he cleaned up after the job taking all the packaging with him.

100% happy customer
I had my new screens installed a few weeks ago and wanted to make sure everything worked as it should after a good test run.

Heat block out - great!
My daughter feel sick not long after the installation and to have her get sleep desperately needed in a cool dark room was a relief and helped with her recovery.
Couldn’t be happier with the product, service and price!!

my son decided to go against all reviews and buy blinds from screenaway. after the consultation, he had some regrets as he was pressured into buying. he contacted screenaway to refund his deposit and got passed onto management to process the refund... from there it was hassle hassle hassle to get his money back as the rude man on the phone wouldnt stop YELLING at my son!!! cut him off multiple times to just badmouth other companies! all was good until this moment, and whoever the man in the sales department is, should get fired!!!
would not in a MILLION YEARS recommend screenaway

An excellent experience and product
I’ll separate this into the experience and the product.
The experience was incredibly efficient and transparent. The installation was communicated clearly and Mark our installer was both lovely and very good at his job.
We’ve only had the product for one week so far but it is fantastic. For a retrofitted product it blends pretty seamlessly with our existing doors and feels very smooth in opening and closing. I appreciate the magnetic latching for my pets and child. The screen has done an excellent job at keeping the flies, moths and flies out while allowing me to open the front and back doors for airflow.

Making a time to discuss the blinds that suited us was easy, they were on time and friendly. The installation went smoothly and the blinds block the light, look good and help with maintaining the inside temperature.
