Gift card expiration extension denied
I previously received a gift card for Christmas and realised the date of expiration had now passed (almost 6 months). I asked if an exception would be made to extend it by one year (essentially 6 more months) however my request was rejected. While I understand & acknowledge that the expiration date was noted on the gift card, I was surprised that they wouldn’t extend it. This is such an easy win for a company to make a client happy & it’s a shame they don’t realise that. Even a compromise of a one month extension or a credit of half the value would have been appreciated. Instead, they have now lost a client who could have been singing their praises for how flexible they were - instead of writing this review. My hope is they will reconsider this in future.

Cancellation 12h prior appointment & ignorant to the client feedback
I received cancellation 12h prior my make-up booking for an important event. I was suggested with another makeup artist who I didn't choose in the first place. The results was dreadful full on make -up versus natural make up. Intimidating make-up artist, no people skills, haven’t smiled once, haven’t asked any questions prior make up or during if what she was doing was ok with me. I was shown the mirror at the end and was too scared to ask for changes to avoid an argument and there was no time left to fix anything anyway. I washed half of my make up as soon as make up artist left and had to lighten up all my skin and eyebrows to look more natural. After giving this feedback to the customer services, they have chosen to believe the makeup artis and ignored my feedback completely based on that I didn’t raise it at the time and didn’t have pictures to show. It was my word against hers. The makeup artist didn’t have any pictures either to prove she was right. I was left disappointed with the service and the money I paid for this kind of treatment. No refund or partial refund was offered. Client is not always right according to this company.
P.S. On the other had I also had a hairdresser booked with the same company for the same day who arrived 30 min late, but done an amazing job and she treated me with respect and was friendly and asked all the questions needed to get the look. I left her 5 star feedback were the credit was due.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to have your original booking cancelled at short notice. When this happens, we always try to offer a suitable alternative with an experienced professional, but we're sorry that the match didn’t feel right for you.
We’ve reviewed your concerns carefully and shared them with the makeup artist involved. While we always take client feedback seriously, we’re also mindful that in cases like this - where no issues were raised at the time and there are no photos to help us understand what didn’t work - it becomes difficult for us to fully assess the outcome or address it further with the professional.
That said, this doesn’t mean your experience wasn’t valid. We offered a gesture of goodwill by way of credit to reflect how disappointed you were, even though we weren’t in a position to offer a refund.
We’re very pleased to hear that you were happy with your hairstylist on the day and appreciate you recognising their work. We're sorry this overall experience has left you feeling let down, and we truly value your feedback as we continue to reflect and improve.

Melted my tension away
Sukhmani was wonderful!
She put me at ease, then throughout the treatment she kept checking in & making sure pressure was okay.
I’ve had many massages & this was one of the best, usually after a massage the tension slowly creeps back in after a few days but after the massage with Sukhmani, the tension still hasn’t come back, it’s been amazing & I even feel slimmer all over!
I will be booking with her again without a doubt .

Best spray tan ever
Iuliana was delightful. She made me feel really relaxed, was lovely and friendly and gave me the best, most natural spray tan I’ve ever had. I have very fair skin so any mistakes show up very clearly. I’ve experienced disastrous fake tans before but this one was perfect 👍

Lynette was amazing
Lynette was amazing! She was perfectly on time. So friendly and efficient. My tan was perfect, I’ve had a lot of spray tans but she seemed more thorough than anyone I’ve had previously.
This was my first spray at home and it was so convenient I’d do it again and I’d like to book Lynette again when I do book.
