We have been using Secure give for some time. The staff are excellent. Great customer service with any problem we have had. The most I have waited for a response was maybe 2 hours.

SecureGive has been there for us! Our giving through our Kiosks are 36% of our total giving. Honestly, some of our staff were against getting Kiosks. They didn't like the fact we pay a tiny fee. The first week I had them up, an older gal approached an usher holding a credit card. She said, "Is there anyway I can use this? I ran out of checks and they are so expensive." Well, that won over the nay-sayers!

SG support has always been there for me. Weekends, anytime. They have a terrific team and are a blessing. We now have 4 Kiosks. The fact that they can be portable has been so helpful when our youth has their bake sales in our courtyard.

Secure Give is just plain awesome!

The promised experience versus reality/real life were two different things. Cumbersome, onerous and un-customer friendly policies and procedures with no onsite help. The updates to the IPad in particular require technical expertise beyond our church's capability.

Secure Give delivers as promised, gives exemplary customer service and is quick and accurate. Giving record production is quick and easy. I am very satisfied with the product.

One of my challenges is some Sunday Mornings we are not able to give via securegive. I have had this happen to me on more than one occasion.

One of the most impressive characteristic of SecureGive is the customer care. To often churches will make a decision for their Merchant Service needs based simply on price points during the front end conversations with other companies...speaking from experience!. I never considered the poor customer care that often takes place on the back end. Although, SecureGive's price point is extremely competitive and appealing...it is the prompt customer care that earns my trust. I'm a fan!

Mt Olive have had nothing but great experience with Secure Give. Our church revenue had increase and people that had not been giving are giving, mainly because Secure Give have made it so convenient for our members to give.

Reliable and useful product, and very good customer service. Few minor quirks on the back end that can occasionally be annoying, but none of them deal-breakers.

Never had a real problem with them since I have been managing the finances of our church for almost three years. Customer Service staff are always very responsive to our needs and questions.

Some ACH givers are struggling to get their security code (part of a required two-way authentication process) before the system times out while they try to give "in the moment" during a church service. We've researched cell phone boosters but have concerns about technical interference.

Secure Give is very effective, efficient and consistent. The support team is amazing and helps with any question we have, regardless of how many and how off the wall the request may be.

We receive over half of our weekly donations through Secure Give. Not sure how a church could do it without this.

The support staff is very good at responding. Looking forward to some upgrades that will improve its capability

SecureGive has served our church for over a decade. It's the best vendor that we work with. The staff is always helpful and encouraging. Our church's finances has grown exponentially since we started.

We have been very happy with Secure Give. Most important is that there is always a representative to speak with when we have a question.

The service is good and reliable BUT is much more expensive that many over services appear to be on the surface.
