There are many little things that we've found to be too complex for users. I'm certain that more people would use SecureGive if steps were re-arranged or simplified.

First of all, Cathy is WONDERFUL! So grateful for her assistance. However, I find the system to be a bit clunky. In the end, SecureGive allows us to receive online payments and transfers the information to CCB, which I am grateful for. However, I wouldn't describe the system as user friendly.

SecureGive is a great and affordable option for kiosk, mobile and text giving. They are flexible and will work to allow customer to utilize selected credit card processor to manage processing fees.

We left Secure Give at one time about a year ago with a promise from another vendor that they would be better and they weren't. We came back a few months ago and never ever intend to leave again. Their customer service is the best in the business. We are very pleased with what they provide us and will refer them to anyone looking to move to online giving.

We're a church of 1,500 people in Evans, Georgia, a suburb of Augusta, and we have been SecureGive users for many years, including using their giving kiosks in your foyer. People seemed to be apprehensive at first with the thought of a kiosk to give money at a church, but that quickly dissipated once they realized that it is simply a sign of our modern times that brings ease and convenience to something they were already doing. Now, they love it! We recently added a third to our common space area.

Secure Give is at the top of service and knowledge of their product. Add to this, they are kind in their responses.

They have great customer service. Have been a customer for close to 2 years, and the uptime/availability of their service has been outstanding.

Customer service and support is great. The only problems I face is with the actual equipment. I am constantly getting bad read errors and a lot of times, it just freezes up. But overall, we are very satisfied with Securegive.
