We were created by a local church Pastor for local church Pastors. SecureGive put the first giving kiosk in a church in the United States 12 years ago, and we've been the leader in digital giving ever since. SecureGive serves over 2,000 churches and non-profits in all 50 states. We are based out of Augusta, Ga. and still 100% owned by our founding Pastor, Dr. Marty Baker. We drive and inspire stewardship in churches and non-profits after deployment of our software through our marketing team and tools. SecureGive is a debt free company committed to practicing good stewardship for ourselves as we drive it in the local churches and organizations across the US.

We use the Kiosk, Online giving, Text giving and Mobile giving from SecureGive. Over 50-60% of our weekly giving comes in through these platforms, and we've been able to capture payments for events, retreats and fund raising as well. Many of today's church-goers don't carry cash or use a checkbook. Having the ability to tithe using their debit card is a blessing for them and the church, and helps us spread the Good New of the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout our community and the world!

Secure Give is very "user friendly," meaning someone like me who is not particularly proficient at technical things can navigate it very easily. The other thing I love about it is every time I've had to get help on an issue there's always a human being to talk to and walk me through whatever it is very quickly. Secure Give has been such a blessing to our church. Our members have the liberty of making contributions to the ministry 24/7 and we have seen an increase in our giving since we sign on with Secure Give some years ago. the challenge with pci card compliance …
the challenge with pci card compliance has been a struggle. I tried to use the "quick notes" to complete the questionaire and cannot successfully navigate the process. A call to control scan and securegive proved unsuccessful. I involved the help of the church's IT person and we are both stuck. Securegive processing was a second option we need to rethink. The $35.00 monthly non compliance fee eats into the benefit of this additional option. Not happy.

Quality service & equipment
They have provided us with quality service and equipment for approximately seven years. During that time we have grown from one kiosk to four and have added the text and mobile app. We consider this a key part of our process for receiving gifts from our congregation.

Faith giving
I have been using Secure Give for the last 3 months. The customer service I received has been awesome. They were super fast and the directions very user friendly. The one and only complaint is it doesn't give a batch total for each giving deposit. That is a little tricky to figure out sometime.
