An email response to a query
I had a query about a message that was sent to me via email from Secure Trust Bank.
My phone call was answered very quickly and the person who I spoke to, explained that the email was an email verifying a previous phone call response to a password change.
Why can't every organisation be like this: quick, polite, patient and above all, helpful.

Secure Trust Bank offers consistently high interest rates on their fixed term savings accounts. They are straight forward to deal with online and I have never needed to phone them about anything.

Email contents
All emails regarding opening the account included hundreds of rows of AND HASH x0 at the end of the actual message which stalled my computer each time.
PS Your system won't even let me reproduce the actual characters for 'and' 'hash' here!
