Just straight forward easy banking, with easy app. No glitches. No problems.

I do like Secure Trust Bank but my only gripe would be transferring money is not instantaneous and over the week-end you have to wait til following working day. So I do t use as my main bank account but I’m very happy with the app and how they work

Been a customer previously a few years ago and found the service to be first class and handled in a timely manner. Always important when investing your lives savings.

The bank should notify customers when they offer new issues/accounts of the same type with higher interest rates.

I am so happy with my dealings with Secure Trust Bank. I am not very confident with doing everything online & prefer to speak to a person which i find less stressful. All the staff I have spoken with are incredibly polite & knowledgeable. They never rush me and are very patient when helping me to make the transactions I need. It's a pleasure to deal with them and i am very appreciative of their professionalism.

Easy to open, decent interest rate, app works well, would be good if payments were faster, not used to having to wait a few hours and lack of weekend payments is mildly inconvenient.

Really easy process to set up a new account.

It was easy to set up a new account and gives easy access with the app. .Also like that it pays monthly interest which you can have transferred to your nominated bank .The interest rate was one of the best for that type of account but has since lowered but we have changed to a better interest account with the same bank.

Fixed rate bond joint account maturing. Both account holders apparently need to login for maturity instructions, not just main account holder despite instruction for transfer to nominated joint account.
Login details for my wife needed changing. 7th July she 'phoned & after long call with cust. services given a secure ref valid for 30 days. She posted her driving licence to update phone number as requested. On 17th July another long call at midday but secure ref told not valid. Told a new temp. Reference number would be sent by email. This never arrived.
I had already given the instruction for maturity but when tried to login again account blocked. I 'phoned and new security details given. Put back to customer services but still couldn't login.
At this point - after at least 40 mins on phone I gave up.
Have now written a letter of complaint to be sent by recorded delivery.

Can’t fault it. Easy to use. Good rates
