I have ordered a sofa through living…

I have ordered a sofa through living social paid a lot of money !! I have had no correspondence no email update the delivery time has passed and when I ring and send emails no response !!!
I cannot believe companies like living social and Wayfair have any business with this company I will be taking this further!!!

I agree totally with other recent…

I agree totally with other recent reviewers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Goods left under front porch by UPS while we were out. Delivered direct from Poland with no notice of dispatch. Outer packaging totally inadequate/damaged on receipt leading to contents damage and even one compononent broken and glued back together which could only have happened at origin.
Complaint emails ignored and phone calls unanswered.
Poor quality item, which was definitely over priced, added to which non existent customer service. A TOTAL RIP OFF.

Late delivery, wrong item and poor communication

I purchased a SELSEY Viansola unit from wowcher. It was due to arrive 10th July. The item did not arrive and I had no delivery information from either wowcher or SELSEY. I contacted wowcher and they said to wait another week which I did. The item still didn’t arrive so I contacted wowcher again. They said wait another week which I said no to as feel it was unacceptable the lack of communication from either companies. They told me it wasn’t down to them and I had to contact the merchant SELSEY directly and provided me with an email for them. I did this which took ages for the merchant SELSEY to reply and was told there was a problem with stock and it would be sent out in 2 weeks. I explained how I was heavily pregnant and needed it assembled and fitted asap so it had to be within 2 weeks. They then emailed to say it had been dispatched earlier on 22nd July and I received it on 27th July. The item they had sent was a Bianko not Viansola! I then contacted wowcher and SELSEY again. Wowcher said again I needed to contact the merchant SELSEY as not their responsibility which I did. They eventually replied saying they would collect the incorrect item today which they have. I received no information on the order I had purchased and when I will receive this. The item is advertised as in stock on their website. I have stated this in my email to both their office email address and the email address provided by wowcher. I have also rang numerous times to talk to someone and have been on the phone waiting for 30 minutes and the line is then cut off at this end. I don’t know what to do now or if/when I will receive the item I have paid for.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them. I bought my sofa on 7th of July with the delivery due on 21st of July. There is no sofa and NO replies to my emails. I tried to call them but also there is answer. I called also the polish number ( few time a day) and I was told Selsey Living is a separate platform and someone will contact me the same day. Never happened. To my surprise after few days of chasing I got a short email saying I need to wait longer ( approximately another 3 weeks) for the delivery. I tried to call again for more details and nobody answer. terrible experience. the worse customer service I ever had.

I wanted to give no stars

I wanted to give no stars. Do not buy from this company.
Ordered a sofa 7th July for delivery today and heard nothing from the supplier, not even an email order confirmation. After chasing for 4 days I finally had a reply to say the sofa is out of stock. I have requested a refund and am now having trouble getting a reply to that. My opinion is they have taken money fraudulently.
They advise they are in London, as does the number provided but when ringing no one answers and the emails are actually coming from Poland!
Customer service is terrible and they are a rip off.
I bought this via wowcher who likewise are terrible to deal with, they keep telling me wait 3 days for the merchant to reply. Their customer servce is also terrible. It was my firdt experiance buying from wowcher and will be my last.
I can see from other reviews people are in the same position, why are wowcher dealing with this company.
Do not buy from either!
I will now need to contact my bank and report fraudulant purchase to get my money back.

They have stolen my.money. why is Wowcher still selling vouchers for them when they know they are frauds

Terrible

Terrible. Take money and no confirmation, no response to emails, called and got to speak to someone who said they would refund but didn’t ask any questions enabling them to identify the order. No refund and now no response at all regarding refund or to multiple emails.

Do NOT buy from this company anyone!! I’ve been waiting over a month for my broken parts to arrive and after waiting so long I only received ONE part!! Worst customer service ever experienced, no one answers the phone no urgency and no compensation - how they’re still in business I have no idea.

You’ve all been warned !!

Fraudulent Company???

Ordered 2 weeks ago, not so much as an email from Selsey Living. They do not answer the phone, not able to contact them to trace my order. Do not order from Selsey Living.
