From time of ordering the service was fantastic
From time of ordering the service was excellent, both packages were packed extremely well. We couldn't even fault our delivery driver he was fantastic. Our parcels were coming from Sydney to Anna Bay even though our delivery was later in the evening and he still had a fair way to go he took the time to unpack and put our side tables were we wanted them. Thank You Shack

Excellent experience
Ordering was simple, goods delivered in reasonable time frame and where we wanted it left. Packaging was excellent, goods arrived safely and in excellent condition. Very happy with the product. But unfortunately delivery to Brisbane is very expensive so sadly we will not likely order any further products due to the cost of delivery. Initially we purchased our product under the Flat Rate special which made it affordable.

Very happy with customer service and the product.
Purchase over the phone was easy, communication was good in regards to delivery. Delivery guys were nice, polite, tidy. I love the Dining Room table and the chairs. Can't wait for the matching buffet to arrive.
