Very pleased with my Shack purchase
The staff at Shack were knowledgeable and super helpful. The guys who delivered our new dining table did so with great care.

Friendly, in stock and delivered quickly
Staff were helpful and friendly, our selected furniture was in stock at the warehouse and was delivered relatively quickly and was as expected in good condition.

Recent Purchase
I love the book shelves we purchased and the delivery etc was smooth. The only issue was that Shack did not have my correct mobile number and as a result a text was sent to a wrong number indicating the shelves were ready for delivery. I didn't receive the message, and had to call the store and inquire about delivery. I was told that a text message had been sent and we then discovered it had been sent to the wrong number. I think a follow up email to the text would have been good - obviously anyone who has paid a deposit is eager to receive the furniture ASAP. As it turned out, I could have taken delivery of the shelves two weeks earlier - had I received the text or a follow up email. Thank you.

Table and chairs size
We thought all chairs and tables have the standard height. But unfortunately the table height is a little bit short for our chairs and no one mentioned this point when we ordered them.
BTW, I am satisfied with the quality, Delivery and installation.

Hi there Seyed, thanks so much for taking the time to review us.
The chair height is a standard height, as well as the height of the table. Depending on how tall one is and how one prefers to sit (posture, upright position etc) the skirt of the table will fall to a certain point depending on the housing for the extension mechanism, skirt, top and we always try to allow sufficient space between the skirt and the seat in order to accomodate for different people's needs and preferences. However sometimes this proves to be difficult as we're all different.
One thing that could work and that a lot of customers choose to do is to seat the tallest people by the end of the table in order to avoid having this issue. Hopefully this clarifies your concern, however feel free to reach out should you have any further feedback.

Amazing service and amazing product quality
My item arrived quickly and in amazing condition. It was packaged with care but there wasn’t an excessive amount of foam or plastic which I appreciate as someone who cares for the environment. The item is beautiful and I look forward to giving it my mum for Christmas
