Always so polite and helpful

Staff in the shop were helpful but also gave me lots of time to look around and sit on different chairs at my own pace. There was absolutely no pressure but they were there when I needed them.
The delivery of my purchase was also very efficient.

The Shack team were understanding and very helpful when a belated return was enacted. They sought out other items that would work better for our requirements and made the transactions easy :)

It’s a great desk

I dealt with several staff members, who were all very professional, patient and knowledgeable about the products. I wanted to order extra items at the time the order was due to be shipped and they were extremely accommodating. Very happy with all the products, extendable table, chairs and side tables. Delivery was handle extremely professionally as well. I would highly recommend.

The products are good quality but just the top coat paint on the wood were very strong and smells. The delivery guys were very professional and good manners.

Sales rep at Artarmon Ali really helped us in the selection process. She was polite & knew about the product & when I asked her she provided us with a discount which sealed the deal. Happy customers.

Helpful and attentive in store. Delivery went smoothly. Table put together by delivery team no problem. Very happy and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I got the Castillo Stormy seas cushion on sale and I'm glad I didn't pay full price. While the print is gorgeous the fabric is scratchy and stiff and the insert is poor quality.
