Fantastic service and lovely, helpful staff
Evelyne and her team are fantastic and so helpful! I wasn’t looking to change one of the venues I was using for my music and drama classes, but when Evelyne contacted me and I checked out Sharesy, I realised that there was a much more suitable venue. The process with Sharesy is seamless and I was so impressed with their support and communication.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any venues and hirers!

Like having a personal party planner!
We had such a great kids birthday party thanks to sharesy. The venue was wonderful, a hidden local gem. Staff there were so accommodating and friendly. Sharesy made the process easy. I was able to ask an actual human any questions I had and they continued to be my point of contact, available for help and advice even after booking.

Booked my sons birthday at fairway…
Booked my sons birthday at fairway school for 26th June, get a call on the 24th to say it’s double booked and we can no longer use it! A man from sharesy tried to help us find another venue but on a Friday afternoon we’ve had no luck!!! :(

We are sincerely sorry that you had a bad experience with your booking. Unfortunately, there had been a clerical error with the venue meaning that the space had been double booked.
This doesn't help resolve your concerns although our team did make every effort to try and find you an alternative venue.
Situations like this very rarely occur, but we are so sorry that it happened to you. We would love for you to book again with Sharesy and we will ensure that we make every effort to make your event a great success.

Venue double booked and short notice cancellation
Really disappointed with Sharesy and Oakleigh School. Booked Oakleigh School, N20 on 22 May for a kids birthday party on 25 June. On 15 June PM, nearly four weeks after my booking was confirmed and nine days before the event, I received a cancellation email from Sharesy saying the venue no longer hosts this type of an event. I asked for clarification as to why the event was cancelled, and it was then confirmed there was a double booking. At this late notification, I had to scramble to find a venue (although Sharesy did try and find me a venue they were not close enough to be suitable). Sharesy did give me a full refund but finding out just before an event that your confirmed booked was cancelled was extremely stressful.

Easy to book and friendly staff at Sharesy and the All Saints N20 school venue which has made our event/booking a memorable and stress-free one on the day. Highly recommended if you are looking for an affordable venue for your little ones’ events or parties.
