I undertand that sharsey booking site is an automated service. Made a booking for 3 hours venue hire. The monies was paid via the site. I changed the time slot and added another 30mins hiring time for set uo and set down. When changed the confirmatiin email of this change stated it was CANCELLED. But yet the extended time was displayed in the confirmation of change email.
Ive sinced sent this matter through thier website contact automated system. I did this 3 times and i am still waiting for a response from Sharsey persons. Im upset because of the ongoing ong wait, and im seeking a refund immediately. It seems to me that this is an autmated service which deems problematic when trying to make human contact for concerns and queries. It still a weekday and your services are open and yet i am still waiting for a response. My booking has been cancelled somehow and more than £200 has been extracted from my account that still has yet to be returned.

Ive since have been contacted quite quickly and a refund request from me made promptly. So with this i may actually reconsider them in the future.

I am very appreciative to Christ Church Highbury Community Centre (CCHCC) for the support in beginning to run events at their venue. Booking the space through Sharesy is clear, and organising the opening and closing of the space is also straight forward.
The space with its south facing views to Highbury Fields is very beautiful, and it is a pleasure to host in.

Booking was made very easy and the agent was super helpful to get all the changes communicated to the venue. Response times were really good which meant everything was sorted efficiently.

The booking process was simple and clear. Communication with the venue was established almost immediately and was seamless. Will definitely use this site again.

On a previous review I was deeply disappointed with the process of cancelling a bad booking. After, a series of messages I rebooked with another venue. The experience was straightforward and booking was a success. The overall experience was much better than the first one. But as you know first impressions are key. My rating is based solely on this booking. Any previous reviews stand.

We had no problems at all hiring a room remotely for an after-funeral event, easy to deal with and a reasonable price

It's OK, but I don't like the fact that you're encouraged to pay up front for a venue you haven't even seen in person yet. Sure, it's apparently refundable, but if you're scouting multiple venues, who's got the budget to put down loads of different payments and then get some refunded?

There's inconsistencies in the level of detail provided about each venue, which I guess is down to what the venue provides, but still should be on Sharesy to vet.

We play table tennis at the centre and have a delicious soup after our session on Mondays. Staff are brilliant, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend you give it a try a join us on a Monday lunchtime for a soup, meet other members of the community and find out about other activities of the centre.

I liked the speed of booking via Sharesy and the ease of use, but when a problem occurred (i.e. double-booking with the venue ) I didn't find Sharesy very responsive.

They alerted me but were then very slow to respond to my replies, leaving me uncertain whether my emails were going through. Furthermore, the only way to connect to the Sharesy team was via e-mail or contact form. I feel that a telephone call (which I asked for) would've helped alleviate my concerns much sooner.

While all was eventually resolved, I did find this quite frustrating and at the time found the duty of care somewhat unsatisfactory.

Hopefully, another opportunity will improve my experience.

This was a brilliant meeting room for our Diamond Mastermind day with 8 women. Fabulous central location, easy to get to with transport links. Lovely spacious room, with all the equipment we needed, plus access to the kitchen as well for tea/coffee etc. The lady on reception was very helpful, organised our catering and couldn't do enough to make sure our day went well. Would highly recommend

Using the Sharesy site was simple and effective from start to finish. The venue search feature, with its convenient and easy-to-read synopsis of each venue, is a great time-saver. The payment process and booking confirmation are flawless. Their communication is consistent and thorough without being overwhelming. Overall, a great service!

Spacious and lovely venue. Great kitchen too. Great price. Will definitely use it again. Highly recommended !
