Shark Lift-Away UK Avis 

Delivered the next day which was totally unexpected I’ve never enjoyed using a vacuum so much

This shark is amazing so easy to use, lift away is such a great design and so easy to use. Very happy customer, don’t know how I coped before we had it 😊

So far found website easy to use and hopefully my appliance will arrive tomorrow, so one day delivery is great. Obviously cannot comment on the product as not received yet, but I’ve changed from G Tek to Shark so hoping this will be a better option

While this machine is good at picking up dirt and hair it is heavy and takes some getting use to. I would not buy another one.

I was told I would have delivery on a certain day and unfortunately didn’t receive until 4 days later. Didn’t get much response when I phoned the customer service number

Really quick and efficient service from placing the order. Warranty automatically registered is good. Product itself is great so far, very easy to put together and use. Picks up well from both hard and soft floors and I love not to have a cable to deal with!

Disappointed with lack of communication through out the delivery process as I had to wait 7 day lead on the product even tho this wasn't advertised untill after I had made the purchase, received no notification or anything either, I called c.s who still did not advise of this lead just advised order was OK no issues, I found out of lead time after receiving an email 3days later... The Product did come on day 7 so i can't grumble about that but it would have been nice to actually know... The Hoover is definitely the best for suction and is really quiet, the buttons are of easy and attachments are good.... it's little on heavy side especially the lift away a older person would struggle to hold for a duration, personally I'd change the hose arrangements to tidy it up a little maybe a compactable the hose like dyson has for storage solutions and make it abit lighter, The hair wrap sort of works but doesn't its very easy to remove and but still tangles but i didn't expect anything less as it is new technology, Other than that it's an amazing hoover and I would highly recommend it

What an amazing tool, I thought my carpets were hoovered ok before, but I couldn’t believe how much dust it picked up and it brought back the carpet pile I forgot it had.

Next day delivery... well impressed! Easy to use and a fantastic vacuum! It's so good at lifting our dogs short white hairs from all surfaces. The led lights are great and really highlight all the dust on the floors. We have a combination of hard floors and carpeted areas. All parts are easy to remove. I like the dust collector as its easy to remove and empty. So glad we bought it!
