Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. The vacuum is so easy to use and lightweight which is perfect for me as we have a 3 storey house which means a lot of stairs. As it’s also a cordless vacuum it means I can take it to whichever level and hoover straight away rather than plugging it into each room.
The battery is also really good. Lasting a good length of time to do my house
I also love the look of the charger and charging point so have it plugged in in my kitchen.
I am super happy with this item and would 100% order more! Love love love!

So pleased with my Shark and a very stylish black limited edition. Hovered yesterday with Dyson repeated today with Shark and OMG the dirt and dog hair it got up. Place looks immaculate. Well done for such an amazing product.

Alright until you have a problem
Alright until you have a problem, they want the vacuum back, which is fair enough but if you have proven that the vacuum is broken then the 5 year guareentee should cover you, customer service is crap

Love love love my Shark Duo Clean Lift…
Love love love my Shark Duo Clean Lift Away. Having previously had a Dyson I always assumed they would offer similar performance - not so!
With a long coated dog and a pre-schooler who likes to play on the floor, I normally hoover every day so I thought my house was pretty clean.
The first time I hoovered with my Shark was a revelation - it picked up so much fluff and pet hair, yuk!
I love the light which allows you to see into all the dark corners or under furniture and the lift away is a god send for the stairs. No more lugging the heavy vacuum up the stairs.
It’s also much quieter than our old Dyson, meaning I can hoover whilst my son takes a nap.
I’d definitely recommend!
