Took my money

Took my money, never sent the product….my case has been “printing” for the last 4 months now and neither the chat nor the support e-mail provide any response.

30 days after placing an order, nothing!

30 days after placing an order, haven't received anything. I contacted customer support via their website and they never replied. I have no choice than
to contact my credit card issuing bank and file a report for fraud. I think it will be the only way to get my money back.

Buon sito pessimo Customer-service

Il sito è fighissimo, ma loro sono degli incapaci incredibili.

Il loro customer-service è scandaloso, non si firmano, rispondono stizziti, fanno passare settimane tra un'email e l'altra.

Il sito è un'idea bellissima, ma chi c'è dietro sarebbe da licenziare. Alla fine, nonostante scrivano che loro "customizzeranno" la tua cover sino alla propria soddisfazione non è vero, ti chiederanno 5$ per ogni customizzazione dopo che la prima faceva schifo ne ho chieste altre ma mi han detto che non avrebbero lavorato a vuoto per me.

Ovviamente sempre senza firmarsi quindi non sai mai con chi ti stai scrivendo. incapaci e inutili, quando ormai completamente insoddisfatto ho chiesto il rimborso mi hanno risposto che ormai la cover (che non ho mai accettato) era stata stampata. Fortunatamente con PayPal sono riuscito a riavere i miei soldi.

Dovrebbero fallire.

Had a good experience with this shop

Had a good experience with this shop, ordered the country world map shirt and I accidentally missed some countries, customer support was so helpful in adding those for me! Will shop again here

Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior

I live in Athens, Greece and I ordered two t-shirts in November 2021. Of course, I paid online. Apart from the fact that they were delayed more than one and a half months, only one of the two t-shirts came.
I informed the shop and they sent me the second one, but due to the oversight of the Greek postal service, it was not delivered to me and finally was returned to Travel bible.
When I reported this and asked them to send it back to me again they told me that it was my mistake and that they had done the sending so they couldn't do anything else.
The result is that I paid for two t-shirts and only received one.
This is called unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

Hi there, very sorry to see this issue. We have had issues with the greek postal service in the past. We never heard back from you after that email where we sent the tracking information so we assumed you received the order? If you still haven't received it we'd be happy to refund you or send a new one. I also see you were communicating with 2 separate emails now which I feel may have added to the confusion.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. I have bought a case for my Samsung S20+ and Google Pixel 6Pro. The passport cases are wonderful and always put a smile on my face whenever I reminisce about my past travels! The customer service is great and the team at travel bible are super responsive

Never more I order from this place. WORST shop ever

I like travel bible, I ordered a couple of times and I love the products they sell. However, my low score is due to an item that they agreed to exchange it for the correct one and one month later I still have no answer from them, sent them countless emails

Update 25/02/2022:

This is without a doubt, the worst service I have ever received with an e-commerce site. Not only the item took forever to arrive, having to pay customs. Then, to actually manage to get an answer to be able to ship something to you took more than a month. And to top it off, you were unable to provide a proper shipping address and I end up paying 40€ to return it to you.

And the worst part is that I was willing to wait for the exchange item because this was a Christmas (!!) present. We are in March already and this order was placed in November

First, I expect a full refund of the shipping costs and then either you ship the exchange item or refund the full original amount of money.

Summing all up it's nearly 200€ which is insane

Update 23/03/2022:

Received the duvet cover and NO PILLOWS. SEND THEM ASAP. I returned the whole package and you are not even able to check what you are sending or specify before doing so?. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SHOP. I might claim with my bank the full amount of the money paid because you did not provide what I paid for again and again

Hard Snap Case is Poor Quality

I absolutely LOVE my custom passport-stamp phone cover. In fact, it is the third one I have gotten. Do not select the Hard Snap design if you want something that is going to last. After only a couple of months, there are several chips and cracks that will likely render it unusable within a few more months.
My first order was also a Hard Snap case for an earlier model of the phone. After it broke (corners chipped to the point that it didn't stay on the phone), Travel Bible replaced it with the silicone case and that was perfect! However, when I upgraded to a new phone, the only option was to purchase the Hard Snap. Foolishly, I ordered it again (because I LOVE the design so much), but I should have known... I am NOT hard on my electronic devices. I haven't traveled for work in over two years, so the extent of the "abuse" that my phone takes is just using it around the house. I expect a lot better from a phone case.

Haven’t received

*edit* Company finally replied and sent out my product after this review. It is a great product and worth the purchase, but took 7 weeks to correct the issue and receive my item.

I’ve purchased this product in the past with no problems, but this time was very different. My package was returned to sender and I’ve tried 3 times to contact support to get my item sent to me with no luck. It has been over 6 weeks and this has yet to be resolved. Very disappointed as I’ve had great experiences before, but I have to say the ball has been dropped on this one.

My New Favorite Case

I was was able to find my " I'm old and have a hard time letting phones go " phone model which has been hard and to find a tough case was amazing .
It came in great time and was something to personalize It makes me laugh when I see it . I have ordered from Travelbible before and definitley will again.

The World map duvet is awesome

The World map duvet is awesome. I bought one a year ago and now this one. This one is more yellow at each end like it’s discoloured but I think it’s just the way it is.
Delivery took forever but that’s not the sellers fault.

Heart Shaped Passport Stamps is Awesome

I recently purchased a framed image of a heart which contained the passport stamps of many of my travels around the world. I was kept informed of the progress of its creation and was also sent a picture of what it looked like. I was asked if I wanted to make any changes prior to its actual creation. I found it was perfect as it was.

It has now arrived, and I am so very impressed with it. It is better than I imagined, better even than the image of it that was sent just prior to its creation. I keep looking at it and smiling! It arrived sooner than expected and was in perfect condition; the amazing packaging kept it safe.
