A really fantastic company
A really fantastic company. Great to deal with. We had a problem with a toilet seat two months after installation, and after one phone call it was replaced within days. I wish all companies were as good as this.

I ordered 4 items for my bathroom one of which was out of stock. I was telephone the day after placing the order and chose a replacement. The items were all delivered within 5 working days of placing the order.

Problems but good service
I ordered a shower tray at a good online price. It was dispatched quickly but unfortunately when the delivery van turned up the shower tray was obviously damaged. The tray was only wrapped in a plastic bag and the broken bits rattled as the driver moved the tray. I sent it back. This was a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to speak to someone. They quickly arranged a replacement to be sent out the next day but the driver ran out of time. It was dropped off the next morning. This tray was well packaged in cardboard. It was not the fault of the office staff who were very helpful and the delivery drivers too. I will be ordering again from this company.
